The hotel advertises direct bus service from Hong Kong via CTS (China Travel Service), but in reality, the bus drops passengers off at Jinwan Huafa Mall. You then have to walk for nearly 10 minutes in the scorching sun to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, you check in at the 22nd-floor lobby, then take another set of elevators with your card to your guest room floor. When going out, you also have to take the elevator to the 22nd-floor lobby first, then transfer to another set of elevators to the first floor. If you want to go to the 6th-floor pool, you also need to go to the 22nd-floor lobby to change elevators. Walking through the lobby in a swimsuit and bathrobe in front of everyone is quite awkward. In Executive Suite 1726, the toilet seat was damaged and made strange noises when opening and closing. The shower glass door also made noise when opening and closing, and the bathtub faucet made a roaring sound. After filling the tub, I found a puddle on the floor; it turned out the showerhead was leaking simultaneously. There was also no clothesline in the bathroom to hang wet clothes, etc., and the bath towels needed to be replaced. During breakfast, I briefly cleaned the table and noticed the alcohol wipe was very dirty. The manager explained that stains were hidden in the table edges because the tables weren't sealed. The coffee was also bad. On the positive side, the room hygiene was well-maintained, and the pool's bubble party was a favorite with kids.

This was a last-minute trip we booked to take the kids for a weekend getaway before school started. The hotel is nestled on a cliffside corner of Dong'ao Island. Its architecture and decor are free of unnecessary designs or extravagant embellishments; instead, the aesthetic blends seamlessly with the mountains and sea, naturally flowing into the surroundings. It offered a refreshing, natural escape during our vacation. Before we even checked in, a hotel staff member added us on WeChat to understand our needs, patiently and thoroughly explaining the hotel's activities and other details. Everywhere we went, the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. Had a fantastic mini-vacation with my bestie at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay! The hotel offers a great variety of activities, and our butler, Flora, received unanimous praise from both of us for her professionalism. @Flora's service was attentive, and she promptly responded to all our requests! The recommended 'Xiao Wan Travel Photography' is also super perfect for sisters who love to snap photos. In the evening, there are sunset activities on the beach, creating an absolutely amazing vibe for pictures. There are many dining options; the Food Gallery breakfast serves freshly made omelets and Cantonese dim sum, and the Thai food at Mi Yan is definitely worth trying, with its rich curry aroma. The room was clean and elegant, and opening the window revealed a large garden. We spent our free time strolling on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze at a leisurely pace – perfect for escaping the city and relaxing with friends.

The location is fantastic! There's a covered walkway, so even on rainy days, you can get directly to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom without getting wet. They even upgraded my room, and every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. I think the staff here are as well-trained as those at Disneyland: even if a problem isn't directly their responsibility, they'll resolve it internally rather than leaving it for the customer to deal with. I really appreciate that. Every day, the bed linens were arranged in a different, creative design ❤️ At the Penguin Restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while watching the penguins. The food selection is also very rich!

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing. The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道. Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing. Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch! We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

My stay here was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bedding was very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Marriott quality is always reliable. Hotel parking is free, and the front desk always has water for guests. I didn't have time to try the pool, but my sister enjoyed the afternoon tea. It's located very close to attractions like Love Post Office, Lighthouse, Fisher Girl Statue, and Jingshan Park. It would be great to ride the colorful and multi-person bikes if the weather wasn't so hot, but unfortunately, it was. The facilities are complete and clean, especially the sliding door design in the bathroom, which makes the space feel very open and bright – I even want to adopt it for my own home. It truly makes the room feel much more spacious.

The cleanliness is meticulously done, with every corner spotless. Facilities are comprehensive, making the stay as comfortable as being at home. The host is straightforward and communicative, making the check-in process simple and hassle-free. All sorts of dining, drinking, and entertainment options are available nearby, so the location is a big plus. My friends and I had a wonderfully comfortable stay, and the overall experience was fantastic. Definitely recommend it, and I'll book again if I have the chance to return.

Lacey kept these requests firmly in mind, reserving a room for me away from the elevator entrance to ensure tranquility. The road conditions on my drive to Zhuhai were complex and unpredictable🚙, making it difficult to pinpoint an exact arrival time. Throughout the multiple communications to adjust my arrival, Lacey remained patient and gentle, without a hint of impatience. Check-in upon arrival at the hotel was seamless. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever.
