I had been staying this hotel for my 3rd time. There is much improvement since I stay. The hotel did listen to my advise about smoking smell. They had most of the cleaning done and smell is some sort lesser.
For those overseas parents sending their children to zhiluji for education. This is the closest hotel they could find.

房間的顏色是我喜歡的顏色，也很乾凈整潔，客房大姐很純樸友好，早餐吃得很舒服，酒店有很大一個停車場，開車來的很是方便，主要是前台小姐姐服務很好，對各種問詢都貼心的講解，我們是第一次來諸暨玩，所以必須點給小姐姐點贊
