服務，衞生都還可以。地上地下停車也方便。這個價格的早餐真的算是很不錯的。電梯裏裝修略簡單。不好的是水温不夠，浴缸房間泡澡明顯水温不夠熱，淋浴可以泡澡明顯水温不夠，浴缸套收費。浴缸套大多數酒店現在都是免費提供的。

國慶中秋探親回家，這是第二次入住喜盈門酒店，體驗還是非常好。前台小李和其她工作人員，保潔大姐服務都很貼心，房間寬敞，洗漱乾濕分開，淋浴水非常好；再就是早餐質量好，品種選擇多。酒店在管理質量上用了心的。返程這次預約了酒店高鐵站送站服務也非常快捷、方便。

出差駐馬店住了喜盈門錦曼酒店，有個小插曲特暖。深夜趕方案時電腦突然死機，急得滿頭汗，試着叫客房服務求助。沒想到幾分鐘後工程師傅就來了，不僅幫我恢復了文件，還遞來一杯熱牛奶，説“熬夜傷胃，暖暖再忙”。
房間本身也很驚喜，智能窗簾一打開就是城市夜景，床軟得像陷進雲朵裏。早餐的胡辣湯配油饃頭地道夠味，前台還貼心記下我愛喝温水，第二天桌上果然多了個保温杯。細節見真心，下次來還住這！
