第一次住 訂單上邊明明標註寫有14點退房 因為我是享有那個延遲退房權益的 結果12點左右 前台服務人員就打電話 讓我們離店 打了三四個 第一個 我告知他 我説去你查訂單 上邊標註了 他又給我打 最後一個 我説 訂單明明寫有我可以兩點離店 可能聽出來我有些許的情緒波動 他説那我看一下訂單 打了這麼多電話 你不看 什麼意思呢 覺得客人騙你呢？或者説急用房間 你説明情況告知我 我也可以諒解 結果就是催催催 1點多下來退房 就沒給我們好臉色看 欠你錢了嗎？還是多兩個小時的權益 想讓我付錢呢？電話裡邊強調給我 説 12點退了啊 你們走吧 否則我是要扣你們錢的 這麼大一酒店 服務人員怎麼這麼不專業 專業程度放一邊 你服務態度得有吧 況且我有無理取鬧 明擺找事？還是怎麼了呢 如此甩臉 服務人員是一位近五十歲左右的中老年婦女 ～搞不懂了哦

第一次訂的大床房，訂完了去入住説是訂出去了！後來又住的標間！淋浴剛洗了頭還沒洗澡呢！熱水都沒有了，用的涼水洗的！挺糟糕的一次體驗！
