The hot water is really bad, it turns out to be yellow, and it takes nearly 20 minutes to clear it up, and the bath is a bit disgusting. Don't talk about brushing your teeth

真的太差了，簡直一個臟亂差！管理也很混亂，接下來我要説這次入住發生了兩件奇葩的事情。我同事辦入住上樓刷卡進去發現已經住了一男一女。我早上出門的時候和前台説了我不退房，我中午辦完事要回去休息一下再退房，結果發現阿姨已經進去搞衞生了。我真的原地爆炸！管理太混亂了！

前台服務差，服務員明目張膽要挾客人不能説她服務忙，拿着客人身份證很輕蔑的笑着，不想讓住就把酒店關了吧，當了前台還想客人給你陪笑嗎。客人轉身時候又盯着客人跟旁邊的人八卦，説什麼這個人怎麼怎麼的，趕緊把酒店關了吧，謝謝

攜程上排名靠前的酒店，看來沒少花錢打榜，但是光靠營銷確實能吸引來一時的流量，但是這麼糟糕甚至惡劣的服務帶來的負面影響，會抵消掉所有營銷的努力。
早上吃飯，酒店飯廳挺大，但是品種一般，而且態度極其差。實在沒啥東西，要了個粉，問她啥粉，一翻白眼，裝作沒聽見。更讓人噁心的是，因為著急趕車，孩子吃剩下的早餐，讓服務員提供個塑料袋帶走以免浪費，居然放狠話説寧願扔掉也不讓帶走。。。當時很生氣，投訴到餐廳大堂經理，沒想到大堂經理居然也這麼説。。。較真一番，到酒店前台投訴，沒想到酒店前台説這是餐廳的事，她們管不了。🤙🤙🤙
再聯想到發黃的洗澡水，裝修那種地獄陰暗的色調，彷彿這個酒店作出任何出格的事情都能理解了，衹是，作為遊客的你們，還敢再去這個酒店嗎？
