We were there with my husband and 3 yrs old daughter, there was activity by the little pool from 10 to 1300 in the morning
The beach sun launches were charged, not sure why it is , it’s 30 minutes walk to closest town
We used the glasses in the room and despite coming to the room to clean they never replaced them which was annoying

It was our first visit to Malinska and Blue Waves Resort and only 7 days were enough to fall in love with this place :) Thanks to the professional stuff, great and tasteful food - to be honest it was like a mom's cuisine (and more than friendly chefs - Amir and colleagues) we spent an amazing time here and will be back as soon as possible! We truly recommend this Resort whether you are visiting as a couple or with children. There are clean pools or if you prefer beach it is in front of Resort with a path along to the center of Malinska so you can swim, walk or have an early jogging - whatever you find pleasant at your holiday. So fill free to visit Blue Waves Resort, visit Malinska and create your great holiday!

This hotel was a brilliant pick for our getaway. Nicest always wearing a smile staff. Nice rooms with sea view. Good choice of swimming pools (also heated indoors). Location on the beach. This time of year, they have only opened, so not crowded and felt even more special. Spa and relax zone was superb, three different types of sauna and the massage we took was amazing. I would recommend in all aspects, they really make you feel wellcomed.

Elevator did not work.
A lot of steep stares to navigate , specially for my 72 year old mother.Lay out of resort is very confusing, a lot of dead ends , amenities are not easy accessible.Restaurant open for breakfast and diner only and closes early , 9pm.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms. Only disappointment was the pool. No pool staff so all other guests left towels at the pool beds at 8 in the morning and did not use the bed before in the afternoon. This was against hotel rules but no staff did anything. Because of that we could not get any pool beds - one day there were only 3 people at the pool and no space for us…

On the whole the hotel is very good! But would have to be slowly renovated here and there, so that there is no renovation backlog. The staff was very helpful and always had an open ear. Breakfast (we had only booked with breakfast) was still very sufficient for the off-season and the staff here were very attentive and hard-working. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was only open until 10 p.m., so we could only have one drink in the evening. If you want to book a room with a balcony, you should ask for it very specifically when booking! And it is best to book directly with the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't do that and got a room without a balcony with a view of the parking lot. But the hotel couldn't do anything about that, since we booked through a very large portal and the information here was a bit misleading. But as I said, the staff tried very hard but unfortunately couldn't give us another room because the hotel was fully booked.

Very friendly and kind staff. Children's animators Mia and Anna arrange various interesting games for children and adults. Children are delighted. Very clean beach, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, towels for all guests

The staff in the restaurant was particularly friendly to my wife, who eats gluten-free. Especially the chef. Thanks for that! The offering of the facility is getting a bit old. Our room junior suite with sea view was okay. A simple 4 star quality, with bus groups, for pensioners, etc. We liked the direct access to the sea. Not very charming, we were asked at check-in to pay for the three-day stay in advance, which we declined. That worked. The wines of the Romeo brand are dispensable. The orientation in the system takes some time. Anyone who adjusts to three stars will be satisfied.
