We had an amazing two weeks from the 15th of September this year. The minute we arrived, we were greeted by Zeljana and Mirela on reception who couldn't do any more to be so accommodating, so friendly and helpful. The room which had a direct Sea view was so modern and comfortable, we couldn't complain about the location or the comforts of the room and the hotel. The restaurants were very comfortable, the food choice was really amazing, we never got bored in two weeks of being there. There was fresh meat being cooked daily, lovely pizzas, freshly cooked eggs however you wanted them and great salads. There was so much choice, even the chips were amazing! The restaurant was headed up by Delroy the head chef who was absolutely incredible! My wife Jan has an intolerance to onion, he arranged for food to be cooked without onion and it was delicious. He always came over to say hello and have a chat as if we were the only guests there, he even came in on his time off to make sure guests were catered for and happy. An amazing chap with an amazing work ethic. Working in the restaurants were Marianna/Mariana (sorry not quite remembering how her name was spelt) she was so happy and friendly, as was her friend who worked alongside her. I will post some photographs so you know who we are talking about. Such a happy team who did a great job and made our holiday really special. What do we stay here again? Definitely! Was there anything that needed to be improved? Yes, the white party was not a party, that was the only let down. The gym was in desperate need of an update, the Tui hotel along the beach had what seemed to be a brand-new gym with a concept 2 rowing machine! In The Adriatic Beach, one of the rowers was broken, the other was just about usable but not the best bit of kit. My recommendation if you are to refit the gym is to get no other rowing machine other than a concept 2, they are bullet proof! The silent disco was great fun, the coffee bar was also great to have. We felt the holiday was good value for money. Our friends Keith and Linda have also reviewed, they were with us for the first week and they also both thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the hotel. We stayed in room 4102 and our names are Barry and Jan for the record! Thank you all for making our holiday special, we holiday with Tui at least twice a year and I would say that this was one of our best Holiday experiences.

My partner and I have just returned having spent 11 nights at the Adriatic. On the whole we had a lovely time, however there are simple improvements which could be made. Here is an honest review. I would score 3 1/2 but unable to do so: Location: If your wanting a relaxing sit by the sea / pool type of holiday, there can’t be anywhere as relaxing as here. The scenery is beautiful, the sea clear with views to die for. However please bear in mind you are very isolated, with limited public transport or taxis. The taxi refuse to pick up due to the location. However this didn’t affect our stay walking to Dvenik and catching the ferry to Hvar. However be warned 2/3 miles is on a main road and we were lucky enough to get a lift back by a kind waitress later in the day. Staff: Initially I found the staff to be approachable and pleasant especially on our arrival. A special mention to TJ Michael from the bar for making the fake Malibu cocktails and also Anna in the restaurant who was always very pleasant, smiling and happy to see us. However I did find some staff rather rude. It felt like a chore serving us at the bar or restaurant. I found Anna on the bar to be rude, lacking customer service or even smiling at customers. Whilst on holiday we did make a complaint to Nancy TUI rep. This was in relation to the food as we thought the evening meals on the whole were very average with no live cooking station, the lack of customer service & many activities being cancelled, which was frustrating. Nancy took my email address and stated she would respond directly to me. I waited 3 days with no response and saw her on the 4th day. She said ‘has no one been in touch’, again promised my partner and I an update. On the 5 day she walked to the bar and blatantly just ignored us. I found this service to be inadequate and rather disappointing for a TUI representative. Food: There was always something to eat, however the live cooking stations were mainly just dried meat with a sauce, in my opinion just lacked any quality or thought from the chef. We found the breakfast to be the best meal of the day, which in my opinion is the easiest to satisfy customers, followed by lunch then the evening meal. On occasions the main chef would appear walking around the stations and the food station, however I would have really appreciated some better quality food with more seasoning/ taste. I did note towards the end of our holiday there was a front of house member of staff, this was something we had mentioned to Nancy. I do feel been greeted as you walk to have your evening meal and checking on staffs customer service to be important. One evening we observed a member of the waiting staff on his phone 4/5 times in a 20 minute period, whilst tables were dirty and customer were waiting to be seated. Again this is a very easy improvement which could be made. On an evening we usually just had pasta and salad. I would say the deserts were pretty decent though. Pool / Sea:

This is NOT a 4* hotel... We travel twice a year with Tui and this has to be the worse hotel experience we have had. I will give an honest review of our stay at this hotel and then you can decide for yourself if you would like to book. On arrival we were underwhelmed with the appearance of the outside of the hotel and the greeting from the reception staff. I can only think of 4 members of staff that are worthy of a mention, the rest are miserable, unhelpful and lazy. They appear to be too occupied on their mobile phones!! The interior decor of the hotel is a mismatch of tired furniture with none of the finer decorations we are used to in a TUI Blue hotel. The staff seemed to be disinterested in any customer service, no smiles no greetings. The outdoor terrace in the restaurant is dire and has the feel of a tired canteen with old, dirty, stained furniture. The restaurant tables are not cleared with dirty plates gathering while we ate our food and no top up of drinks offered during our meals. The food is repetitive but adequate with a poor selection of fresh fruit. No waiters offering drinks from the bar during the evening which is what we have come to expect from a 4* Tui hotel. The pool area is tired with loose patio stones. The beach is nice, but disappointing to have to pay to use the sun-loungers. The towels in the bathroom resemble a thin tea towel and the room was underwhelming with no full length mirror.

We had the most wonderful time at the Adriatic hotel. The scene was set as soon as we arrived with a welcome drink and very friendly reception staff. Our room was outstanding with the most wonderful views. The hotel was so clean. The restaurant food was delicious, something for everyone. A big thank you to chef Delroy who looked after us so well and all the restaurant staff especially Marianna who was so lovely . Our only complaint was the “The White Party” evening, which lacked a party vibe and the music was not dancing music. Couldn’t fault this beautiful hotel, definitely come back again and will highly recommend..Thank you everyone

•Swim Up Room (Room 3006) The swim up room was the highlight of our stay - without this upgrade, I would have been extremely disappointed. However, the pool had missing tiles that need replacing, and being in the corner room by the steps meant constant foot traffic and people putting their hands in our pool. The fridge barely kept items cold, and when we reported it, reception simply said "that's how they are." •Food - Major Disappointment The biggest letdown was the food quality. Bacon was full of hard bits that I constantly had to pick out. The late breakfast (10-11am) was pointless - staff had already cleared away hot items. The buffet was repetitive and unappetizing; I struggled to fill my plate most nights, resorting to just pizza and pasta. Room service wasn't much better - we had to send back cold burgers and overdone chips. We ended up walking to a beachfront restaurant most evenings. The à la carte menu was extremely limited with only 4 basic mains, with nicer options requiring extra payment. •Drinks - Another Letdown As a cocktail lover, I was forced to drink Prosecco the entire stay because the cocktails were terrible. A "brandy sour" made with brandy, Sprite, and Angostura bitters? A "gin fizz" with Sprite and sweet & sour mix? They don't mention the premium package (€210pp for 6 days) until arrival - without it, there are no premium spirits included. •Facilities & Service The beach bar was convenient for swim-up guests but closed after 4 days. Inconsistent policies - initially couldn't take a bottle of Prosecco to room but could take 4 glasses, then allowed it on the final day. Private beach charges €11 per sunbed plus €6 for umbrellas (increased to €12 during our stay). Indoor shop prices were ridiculous - €5 for crisps. •The Positives Staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming - the best part of our experience. Housekeeping was excellent, servicing daily with friendly ladies who kept everything clean and replenished. When we had a smelly drain issue, they quickly contacted maintenance. The location and Croatian views are stunning. •Bottom Line Would I return? Absolutely not. For £4,100 for 10 days, this felt like money thrown away. There are much better options available for this price point. Croatia remains beautiful, but this hotel doesn't do it justice. Visited September 2025

Before booking we’d done our research & read previous reviews so we were fully aware of the amount of steps. (179 from the beach to the reception level) not a problem for us, it was actually nice to help burn off some of the calories but if you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you. All the staff are so friendly & go out of their way to say hello. A special thank you to Tajra in the main bar. She always remembered our drinks & quite often got them ready by the time we got to the bar. Breakfast & lunch were great, dinner was also good but did get a bit repetitive at times. (The fruit crumble was the best we’d ever had) We ate once at the a la carte which was also great. There are 2 menus, 1 included in the All-inc and 1 was extra but you could mix courses between the 2 menus. Due to the long transfer time from Split we booked a hire car from the airport. There is limited parking at the hotel, (we never got a space outside) but the hotel has overflow car parks towards Igrane which the staff give you lifts to & from. Parking costs €8 per day. Room was large & modern with a fantastic view of the sea. We booked a premium sea view room (room 1110 on the 4th floor) which was worth it. I believe rooms in our block on floors 0 & 1 probably only looked out on the back of the block in front so try to book a room in the higher floors for the views. We did have an issue with the a/c at the beginning of our stay (25/26 degrees during the night!) although the a/c is centrally controlled we did mention this to reception and after that the temp went down to 21/22 degrees. Sunsets are absolutely amazing. The area is very quiet, nice coastal walks in either direction with a few restaurants & a small supermarket. A bit disappointed that the beach bar closed for the season around 6th Sept. Why so early when lots of people were still using the beach? Really, really disappointed with the cocktails. On a list of approx 30 cocktail’s, only half are included in the all/inc, why when it’s the same spirits used? In previous hotels we’ve stayed in, all-inc means all- inc with the exception of branded spirits. The quality of the cocktails was also poor with most of them coming from a dispenser. Overall a really enjoyable first visit to Croatia. Thank you to all the staff

An incredibly wonderful place to relax and just enjoy! All the all-inclusive buffet food was delicious and the tables were cleared quickly. The pool area was clean and the seaside was wonderfully close, where you could cool off on hot days.
