非常不錯的民宿，從預訂後，老闆就會開始提供各種貼心的服務，比如，
我們是自駕遊，老闆會提前收集車牌幫我們錄入並安排好免費車位，一到就直接能自由進；
我們預訂的是一大一小兩個房間，正好有其他空房，老闆會主動幫我們升級服務；
進房間還有免費水果和飲用水，不夠可以自己在冰箱拿水；
民宿共兩層，有客人入住也會盡量和我們的樓層錯開，提供了很好的私隱服務，自己在一層裏兩個房間穿梭，真的有種住家的感覺；
除了服務用心，民宿的裝修細節，也讓我覺得老闆對服務是用心的，基本傢俱和衞浴甚至瓷磚都是品牌的，另外一樓公共廚房配了洗衣機，冰箱廚具碗筷，洗衣液和各種調料，還有雞蛋和麪條，真的是方方面面想到了，怎麼能讓人不喜歡，而位置上，民宿直接就在江邊，而且樓層是五樓，看下去剛剛好，反正拍照挺出片，特別是一樓客廳的落地窗，可惜後面的行程我們都安排好了，要不然真想多住兩天～anyway～下次重遊，還是會再光顧，感謝老闆這兩天的招待～

強烈推薦這家民宿，老闆人很好，很熱情，還會去樓下接幫忙拿行李，新開的環境也好，乾淨整潔，如果房間看不到江景，還可以休息廳看江景，可以拍美美的照片

給來郴州旅遊的寶子們，強推這個民宿！！！
裝修得好漂亮，乾淨衞生還香噴噴的
在爬高椅嶺的時候崴腳了，巨痛。回民宿後，老闆發現了還問需不需要葯 了，他們有常備葯。晚上十點多痛得睡不着，想去買止痛葯的時候，老闆還開車幫忙買葯，好感動！今天返程的時候，老闆還開車送到門口，就是為了讓我少走點路！ 感恩，希望老闆發大財！

本打算住江景房可民縮生意好設開上…、最後選擇園林房沒想到在休息大廳同樣享受江景房的美，打卡拍照超值，環境衞生超好給五星好評👍👍下次來東江還住漫柒汐

房子是閣樓改的，沒有101那麼大，但是住兩個人也剛好，因為在頂樓而且頂面側面都有玻璃所以還蠻熱的，但是回來之前老闆會提前開好空調，就涼快多了，而且晚上拉開天窗還能看看星星什麼的，還挺好，房子放了麪全身鏡很適合拍照，老闆眼光真滴不錯，選的傢俱家電用了都是我想買的程度！洗浴設施真的有被安利到，好用！
