We deeply regret the issues you raised and would like to clarify the following points: 1. Regarding communication: After you placed your order, we immediately tried to contact you by phone multiple times without success. We then left a message on the Ctrip platform asking if you needed the air conditioning turned on in advance, but received no response from you. We are always committed to proactive communication to improve your stay experience. 2. Regarding room cards: For the safety of all guests and their belongings (to prevent room cards from being lost or used by non-guests), we cannot provide multiple room cards for each guest. Upon check-in, we explained the reason to you and your family and provided one room card (for opening the door) and one power card (to ensure continuous power supply to the room). This is a common and reasonable practice in the industry, aiming to balance convenience and security. 3. Regarding fruit: We did indeed prepare local specialty fruits such as nectarines, wampee, and chilled watermelon for you in the lobby free of charge. Guests could take as much as they wanted, and you were welcome to eat as much as you liked. We also asked you in person when you checked in and checked out if you would like to enjoy these, and you clearly stated "No, thank you." The description that "there was only one bunch of yellow-skinned fruit, and you had to pick a few by hand" is inaccurate, and we have supporting records to prove this. We understand you may have different expectations, but we feel it's necessary to clarify the discrepancies between your feedback and the facts. We consistently strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe accommodation environment and offer thoughtful services to the best of our ability (such as proactively inquiring about air conditioning and preparing local fruit). Effective service delivery relies on timely communication between both parties.
