Great stuff support, cocktails were great 🥃

The hotel's location and views are fantastic. The staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is abundant, which my child absolutely loved. The Executive Lounge dinner is served from 5 PM to 7 PM.

The location is very close to Zurich HB. The lake view rooms are beautiful, and the front desk service is excellent.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it's absolutely terrible. How can Marriott, with such low standards, pretend to be high-end? The service was so bad, it felt like they expected *me* to serve *them*. I even booked a room on the supposedly premium side, and the bedside table literally fell apart… And the hairdryer? I could blow harder myself, excuse me?? It was plugged into the bedroom outlet, so it's not a voltage issue, alright? If my family hadn't stayed here years ago and had a good impression, I wouldn't have even considered coming back. They're certainly bold with their prices, but the staff, from the doorman to the bellboy to reception to the ******* at the entrance, were so arrogant, acting like they were princes and princesses. When a problem arose, they didn't even try to fix it, just dared to tell me to "go back and check" and then walked away. Are they insane??? This hotel is a complete dump, stay here at your own risk.

The room was a bit small, but the decor was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

housekeeping / service slow and not up to mark

The shower in the room only has a half-door, which was quite inconvenient. Toothbrushes aren't standard and you have to request them from the front desk; I waited 20 minutes for mine. Apparently, there were no slippers either. Overall, the room wasn't good value for money.

The room was just okay, but the breakfast was actually the best I had during my trip to Switzerland.

The hotel was placed very well near the main street of Zurich, the breakfast facility was elegantly designed and the food was superb, the hotel was wonderfully overall.
