absence of hot water in shower...and rooms in east wing are a definite no-go, we should have known. overall - an utterly disappointing experience

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the room and the view. The receptionict upgraded the number type and we had an amazing view from the balcony

The bed was very big, two pushed together. Because the extra bed was too bad, the family of four ended up sleeping in the big bed. It was not crowded, and it also had air conditioning. It is absolutely impossible to live without air conditioning in the European summer. Dinner was settled in the hotel ~ it was just average.
