I had supper here and was not disappointed. The staff was really polite and helpful, and the meal was delicious. They also offer a decent wine selection. I would chose this over the Holiday Hotel across the street since the personnel and cuisine are both inadequate.

We have been again in this great hotel and spa, family of 6 ( including children). Great welcome and service from arrival to departure. All staff are helpful. Spotless clean. The best beds ever in all rooms. We had 3 rooms, all are well equipped with coffee machine, minibar and great size. The breakfast is one of the best buffet. They were very helpful with providing milk and gluten free food for one of our grandchildren, thank you the kitchen chef . Dinner was great , tasty and nice big portions. All with the great spa resort it is connected to , makes it the best family holiday. Very close to Zurich and Basel and to the Black Forest. Lots to do and see in the area for adults and children . Recommending it warmly.

When we arrived at the Parkhotel, we were immediately greeted by the manager himself. The room was ready before midday. It was spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. I thought it was great that entry to the Bad Zurzach thermal baths was included in the room price on the day of arrival and departure, and that you can reach the thermal baths in your bathrobe via an underground passage. The thermal baths themselves have a relaxation lounge especially for hotel guests. There were always delicious apples available at reception and bicycles could be borrowed free of charge. The breakfast buffet was of very high quality. The half-board menu in the evening was amazing. If you didn't like something, you could order an alternative menu. So nothing was left to be desired. I would like to give a big compliment to the staff. Such pleasant and exceptionally friendly people. You could always get into conversation with someone. You can see that the staff get on well with each other and you notice that as a guest. Keep it up!

Beautiful Hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, very good bathroom, well located hotel, 5 minutes from the Baths, Restaurant not up to the standard of a 4 star, high prices, very classic dish decorations, Very good breakfast, pretty buffets with lots of choice, underground parking at 9 francs per day (reasonable price), smiling and polite staff.

The superior room with a balcony facing the courtyard/park was beautiful and had been renovated in a modern style. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is a bit older, with a rehab charm and the clientele to match ;-). Breakfast and half-board dinner were fine. The best thing is the direct, unrestricted underground access to the huge Zurzach thermal baths with many thermal pools and saunas.

For several decades, since the 1970s (!), we have been going to Bad Zurzach regularly to enjoy a few days of relaxation and thermal baths. We have mostly stayed at the Tenedo Hotel, and less often at the Hotel zur Therme. Unfortunately, both hotels are currently closed, so we have now stayed at the elegant Park Hotel for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, sunny room, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, wonderful hospitality. We really enjoyed the days.

The rooms and their facilities, the thermal bath, the breakfast and the food were top notch😍! Unfortunately, the entrance area is reminiscent of a hospital or a retirement home. It's a shame that the Advent season was not used to cover up this shortcoming with lavish decorations. The fitness room is barely equipped, has no natural light and is not inviting.
