Passion Fruit Coconut Chicken I've had coconut chicken many times, but this is the first time I've tried it with passion fruit. It was unexpectedly delightful, with vibrant colors and a sweet and sour taste that carries a hint of coconut aroma. It's perfect for relieving the summer heat. The dish uses fresh 156-day-old Wenchang chicken from Hainan, delivered daily. The broth is sweet and fresh, and the chicken is of good quality. Cured Meat Claypot Rice The cured meat claypot rice is made to order, with a unique flavor. The rice grains are distinct, the cured meat is fragrant, and the bottom of the rice is crispy. Even the locals praise it.

Guangzhou, China

My family and I recently went on a trip to Guangzhou, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We had so much fun exploring the city and trying out a variety of Chinese dishes. The food was truly incredible, with a mix of flavors and styles that showcased the diversity of Chinese cuisine. From dim sum to street food, every meal was a treat. Although it was already early November, the weather was still quite warm, which was surprising to us. However, we didn’t let it bother us and made the most of our trip. Strolling through the vibrant streets and markets of Guangzhou was an unforgettable experience. We visited some famous landmarks and enjoyed the city’s lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn during the last two days of our trip, with continuous rain making it harder for us to move around. Despite the inconvenience, we adapted and managed to continue our journey by relying on Didi, the popular ride-hailing service in China. The convenience and affordability of Didi impressed us; it made traveling around the city so much easier, even in the rain. Overall, the trip left us with many fond memories. Guangzhou is a city full of life, culture, and great food. The friendly locals, vibrant environment, and rich history made the trip truly special. We all agreed that one visit isn’t enough to fully experience everything the city has to offer. I fell in love with China and can’t wait to go back and explore even more cities in the future. This trip was just the beginning of what I’m sure will be many more adventures in China!#travel #familytravel
