Pha Ngern View Point Top (Hiking, Vang Vieng)

Address - Phone Ngeun, Laos (Vang Vieng) Highlights - Hiking, High view point, Need physical strength! Rating - 4/5 One of the activities to do in Vang Vieng is going hiking. There are many hiking places around Vang Vieng. One of these is the Pha Ngern View Point Top. I would say the hiking will take around 2-2.5 hours. The start of the journey is fine, if you walk fast, you can be able to reach the mid point where there are stones you can sit in 30-40 minutes. After that the hiking became tougher such as you need to climb up using the rope and walking on stone. But when you reach the view point, it will be the sweet point, there are people at the view point that is selling snacks and drinks. Also, there is a place where you can take a sit (from my first image). The tough part is not really taking pictures, as there are net below to protect you. But it is going down the mountain, it was so slippery. Although it wasn’t raining but it makes everything feel so scary. Note: Don’t hike when it’s raining! #scenicspotguide#unforgettableexperiences#naturalwonders#hiking#nationalpark

Great stay for a bargain price

This is where I stayed on my most recent trip to Vang Vieng, and it was a fantastic decision. Because this is a relatively new addition to the town, the rooms are exceptionally clean and nearly brand new. I believe the price is reasonable for a hotel-style accommodation, and it is also conveniently located near the main area. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. You are even permitted to use the pool at a nearby property, which provides the ideal opportunity to cool off. Pancakes, eggs, or an Asian-style soup are just a few of the morning options available. We had a wonderful time and will gladly stay here again, which is why I am suggesting it! #historicculture#bestislandtraveltowns#seasidephotoguide#summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Nam xay viewpoint at Vangvieng Laos

Nam Xay Viewpoint in Vang Vieng is the best spot for one of Laos’s most breathtaking views. From the top, you will get unbeatable views of jagged limestone cliffs, lush forests and rice fields. After a 30 minute intermediate hike, you will reach the top, where you are almost guaranteed peace and quiet, as well as an amazing photo opportunity with a motorbike, which was mysteriously placed there by the locals. But before you start taking photos, catch your breath and relax in the hammock. #laos #viewpoint

Landscaping destination at Vang vieng

Vang Vieng district, Vientiane Province is just over 130 km northern of Vientiane capital. It known well as the nature tourists oriented place as it lies on the Nam Song River and surrounding by the high hill landscapes. In Laos though it’s a popular place destination, especially for the young Laotian, Japanese and South Korean who want to have a short break. It’s a place to hang out with friends and and family, doing water activities, hill climbing and camping. I visited Vang Vieng because I was curious to how it look like. Now the China -Lao high-speed train has operated from Boten to Vientiane capita which go through Vang Vieng. To get to Vang Vieng: By speed train, It took a one hours from Vientiane capital or Luangprabang city By cars or buses via the highway from Vientiane to Vangvieng took one hour and half. I stayed in a little hotel on the Nam Song in the city town where is close to most of attractions place in town like Nam Song River, local markets, restaurants , coffee shops and bars. The first thing I did was go for a walk along the Nam Song promenade. The river is not big, water is not much but clear during my time on May. The popular activities for those tourists whom visit here are: - Water activities: Kayakin, tubings on the Nam Song. - Mountain hiking, and climbing… - Visiting the cape, sightseeing the beautiful scenery of landscape and rivers. The living cost is cheaper than Luangprabang. #staycation #landscape

#grouptravel Vang vieng is a small town out of Vientiane, however, the delicious food are still remain as every part of Laos are different. If you are looking for something local to eat in Vang Vieng then consider checking out the grilled meat vendors that set up along the water front in the evenings with a wildly and nice atmosphere from drink with some grilled or BBQ. They usually sell what is known as Ping moo which is basically barbecued pork or you can also try the naam kow which are balls of rice which are mixed with toothsome pork sausages, Grilled fish and a lot more which you can explore yourself and find your own taste. You can also have a try at night market where will more choices of local food. #foodie #asiatrip #vangvieng #laos
