#familytrips2024 Winkks Beach Club on Koh Samet offers an unforgettable café experience with its amazing vibes and stunning views. Located right on Sai Kaew Beach, the place is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating options. You can even choose to sit right on the beach. The menu features a variety of drinks, pastries, and dishes, both Thai and European. I tried the orange coffee and lychee coffee, and they were delightful. The combination of a beautiful view and delicious food makes it a perfect spot to unwind. The café is conveniently located within the Sai Kaew Beach Resort area. Just a short 200-meter walk away is a highlight: a heart-shaped tree, perfect for photography, especially in the morning. At night, the place transforms with live music and fire shows, creating a vibrant atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to enjoy some nightlife while capturing great content. If you're on Koh Samet, don't miss out on Winkks Beach Club. The experience is truly worth the visit!

The gem of Rayong Province

Koh Samet, named after the abundant ‘Samet' trees (Thai for cajeput trees), offers all of the vital aspects of a fun-filled holiday escape – an unending expanse of turquoise blue sea, crescent coves with fine white sand, plenty of water sports, and a pulsing nightlife. Despite the fact that Koh Samet receives substantially less rainfall than other Thai resorts, travelers are soaked. The island, which is only a three-hour drive from Bangkok and 45 minutes by ferry from the mainland's Ban Phe Pier, is generally busy with people on weekends and long holidays. From seaside bungalows to cliff-top luxury resorts, a wide selection of lodgings appeal to a diverse range of travelers. #easylife#nationalpark#seasidephotoguide#summervacation#beachvacation#urbanexplorer

On the second day, the whole island was on the bike. From the particularly liked Wai Beach, you can make cool pictures, tubtim beach and viewpoint Laem Toei. The food was quite tasty, especially to highlight nothing, in Mahasamut & The Ocean Pizza delicious pizza. 🍕Generally, I recommend visiting this island for 2 nights!🏝️

A beachy getaway

Koh Samed Island Koh Samed Island is 45 minutes away from Bangkok. This island is frequent by locals hence you will experience leaser travellers from other countries. Expense wise is also lower compared to Koh Samui. Travellers can get a mini bus transport from Ekkamai Bus Station. You are to go to Rayong Ferry Terminal by mini bus then purchase a ferry ticket (you have an option to go by speedboat or normal ferry service) the difference is pricing and time. Nonetheless, after so much time of travelling, you will experience white sandy beaches, friendly locals and awesome thai food. I would suggest you rent a motorbike (license required) and travel around the island by bike, see different beaches and experience the views. Island hopping and snorkelling is also encouraged. Coral Bay: A Must-Visit Check-In Spot on Koh Samet

Coral Bay: A Must-Visit Check-In Spot on Koh Samet

One of the must-visit check-in spots on Koh Samet is Coral Bay. It feels like being at the beach in Korea! For those who love Korean vibes, you absolutely cannot miss this place. It's just as beautiful as Korea, if not more. The scenery is stunning, but the journey there is quite far as it is located at the end of the island. However, don't worry because there are vehicles passing by along the way. People usually visit in the evening to watch the sunset, which is incredibly beautiful. Don't miss it! It's truly gorgeous, and I absolutely love it. I will definitely go again.

Recommended Short Trip from Bangkok! Koh Samet.

Koh Samet, a beach resort popular among locals, is about 4 hours away from Bangkok by bus and boat. While Pattaya is well-known as a beach resort easily accessible from Bangkok, Koh Samet is definitely the favorite among locals. The beach, with its beautiful sea and pristine white powdery sand, transforms at night with tables and chairs set up for a romantic dinner setting.

Thailand|Less crowded romantic beach—Samed Island

Thailand|Less crowded romantic beach—Samed Island

I was amazed by Samed Island in Thailand at first sight, it's incredibly beautiful and transparent, with few people and stunning scenery. Here's a guide to the attractions of Samed Island: Attraction name: Samed Island Samed Island is located on a small island in the Gulf of Thailand, with a fairy-tale natural beach. The beach is white, clean, and romantic; the sea water is clear and bright, very blue, with distinct layers; stepping on the soft sand is very comfortable, the atmosphere is full, suitable for calming down and experiencing slow life. Samed Island has an excellent geographical location, a good place to watch the sunset, with complete facilities, superb environment, suitable for beach walks, sunbathing, experiencing water amusement projects, quiet and comfortable, relaxing, a paradise for leisure vacations, the island has "eat, drink, play, live" all in one, it's worth a visit. Thai Maldives near Pattaya

The main part of Koh Samet is part of the National Park, so access here is paid and for foreigners it is 200 baht for adults and 100 baht for children. Samet Island is just a fairy tale! The best thing here and why tourists come here is of course the beach. It is wonderful! The entrance to the water is gentle, the sand is white, fine and soft, like flour. The water in the sea is clean and transparent. There are many restaurants on the main beach, there is a rental of jocks and SUPs. There is a sculpture of a mermaid with a child on the island. You can see it at the very beginning of the main beach of Sai Kaew on the right side. If you stand facing the sea, you need to walk 300 meters to the rocks, there you will see this statue. Thais call the sculpture "True Love". The story tells that the prince was hanging out with the mermaid, then he got tired of her and sailed away on a passing fishing boat, on which he saw a woman with whom he fell madly in love. And the mermaid now stands on the shore in the hope that the prince will return to her. Things to do on the island: 1. Watch a fiery fire show 2. Get a massage 3. Snorkeling #kohsamet #tailand
