INVITE YOU TO TAKE A JOURNEY BACK IN TIME 🇲🇾

#malaysiatrip Exploring Langkawi, a stunning island awarded UNESCO Global Geopark status in 2007, was an extraordinary experience. As the first Global Geopark in Southeast Asia and one of only 147 worldwide, Langkawi offers unparalleled natural beauty. The Langkawi UNESCO Global Geopark includes the Machinchang Cambrian Geoforest Park, Kilim Karst Geoforest Park, Dayang Bunting Marble Geoforest Park, and Kubang Badak BioGeo Trail. Each park showcased unique geological formations and diverse ecosystems. The Machinchang Cambrian Geoforest Park's ancient rock formations were awe-inspiring, while the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park's mangroves and limestone cliffs were breathtaking. Dayang Bunting Marble Geoforest Park's serene lake and the rich biodiversity along the Kubang Badak BioGeo Trail made the adventure unforgettable.

A must visit place Skycab Langkawi

If you come to Langkawi, you must try to ride Skycab. It is one of the famous attraction in Langkawi. This is my second experience at Skycab Langkawi. This time i bring my kids along. I love the seaview from top. Its so priceless and beautiful ! My family enjoyed it so much (except the "running from monkey" experience 🤣 ) If you visit on school holiday, the queu quite long but its okay. It gonna worth you time and effort. If you dont want to queu, you can buy an express lane ticket. Ticket Price :- Adult RM40, Child RM32 Adress :- Jalan Telaga Tujuh, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah Facilities :- The facilities is quite okay. The toilet is clean. Just beware of monkey when you rest at their cafe on the top station. Overall I had a pleasant experience visiting Skycab Langkawi. #familytrips #awesomepic #skycablangkawi #langkawi

An Island Adventure: Snorkeling Bliss at Pulau Payar

#favouriteitinerary #malaysia #seascapes Tucked away in Langkawi’s sparkling waters, Pulau Payar turned out to be an absolute dream come true. Our boat ride from Langkawi was smooth and scenic, and as we neared the island, the turquoise waters and lush surroundings instantly captivated us. We spent a magical half-day, from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, immersed in the underwater wonderland that Pulau Payar offers. The vibrant coral reefs seemed to stretch endlessly beneath us, alive with schools of fish in every shade imaginable. We swam alongside angel fish, parrot fish, and the occasional stingray, all while marveling at the pristine beauty of the marine life. The water was so crystal-clear it felt like we were gliding through a massive aquarium, discovering sea slugs, sea cucumbers, and a playful pufferfish in the mix. The visibility was simply perfect, and the sun shone brightly, casting a golden glow over the ocean that made everything look surreal. It’s a true underwater paradise—pulled straight from the pages of a travel brochure, but so much better in real life.

Must-Visit in Langkawi, Malaysia—The Mangroves

Must-Visit in Langkawi, Malaysia—The Mangroves

I personally think the mangroves are a really fun place in Langkawi. Taking a speedboat through this nearshore wetland system, you can see all sorts of wildlife and magical plants, getting up close with nature. Along the way, you can feed eagles and admire their majestic dive to snatch meat from the sea; you can also pass through caves, marveling at the peculiar stalactites and the dense bat caves; finally, you reach the waters where you can gaze out towards Thailand. The fish farm is not that interesting, and the bat caves really do smell, haha. Also, there are many wild monkeys, so if you get close, don't scream to avoid provoking them. And don't carry plastic bags as they are easy targets for theft. You can sign up at the small shops on Pantai Cenang or at the hotel reception desks, with prices ranging from 50 to 100, and bargaining is possible.
