Introduction Sydney Opera Listening

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Sydney, as the cultural and artistic capital of Australia, its opera performances can be described as a soul-stirring audio-visual feast, attracting art lovers from all over the world. Sydney has a long history of opera art, with rich and diverse performances and unique styles. There are wonderful interpretations of classic operas here. The actors use superb singing skills and delicate performances to show the love, hatred, sorrow and joy in world classics such as "La Traviata" and "Carmen" vividly; there are also bold and innovative modern opera works, which incorporate multiple artistic elements such as acrobatics, dance, and multimedia, bringing unprecedented novel experiences to the audience. Just like in some performances, the actors can complete difficult movements on the high-altitude rings while maintaining beautiful singing. The classic and the modern are perfectly blended here. The Sydney Opera Performance Tour is a wonderful exploration into the art hall. In the melody and performance, you can appreciate the unique cultural charm of Sydney and leave an unforgettable artistic memory.

Ek'sentrik Cafe

#sydneytrip As the rain poured down outside, we found ourself nestled in a cozy corner table at Ek'sentrik Cafe, gazing out at the bustling street. With its warm, inviting atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee, this cafe captured the essence of everything we love about Sydney cafe culture. The display case was a feast for the eyes, overflowing with an impressive array of cakes and pastries that looked like they were straight out of a baker's dream. What struck me most was their sheer size – these were not your average dainty treats! Each slice was generously portioned, promising a truly indulgent experience. And the coffee? It was simply superb. A rich, velvety brew that lingered on my palate, easily ranking among the top 10% of all the coffees I enjoyed during my three-month stay in Sydney. But what truly sets this place apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every customer felt welcomed and valued. As a delightful surprise, when I went to pay, the kind young lady at the counter gifted me one of their enormous cakes – a gesture that epitomized their generosity and commitment to creating a memorable experience. Ek'sentrik Cafe is more than just a place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. It's a haven where you can savor the flavors of Sydney, surrounded by warmth and hospitality. Whether you're seeking a sweet treat, a caffeine fix, or simply a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cafe is an absolute must-visit. Cafe Milestone

#sydneytrip Cosy place and friendly staff. Great way to spend a weekend morning. Had a flat white and the chorizo croissant was a killer. I love spicy food and this one was quite spicy so beware those that don't like spicy or hot chorizo, i loved it. Wife had smashed avo and it was good. Finished off with sharing a carrot cake which was also very good, not too sweet. She had a Hot chocolate with almond milk. All good, will be back. Address: 4/55 Dudley St, Sydney, Australia

Flavours

The menu is divvy up into snacks, caviar, mezze, seafood, meat and vegetables. There is a banquet option but we opt for à la carte - selecting dishes from each section. Fattoush cracker was thick and chewy, is topped with a refreshing mess of cucumber, pomegranate and salad leaves. Beef nayyeh is very nicely salted and seasoned with spices, served on a rather thick, chewy cracker. The Sea urchin waraq simsim was sublime, it was almost unbelievable to us that 'sushi-liked' dish could contain an explosion of flavors! We also really enjoyed their dry aged duck, the crispy skin was irresistible. Even though I have not had too much Middle Eastern food, for me it's easily the best I've tried. Aalia is a must try in Sydney. #australiatrip #sydney #flavours

Revenge Travelling in Sydney - 100% WORTH IT!

Amid the monotonous life brought on by the covid pandemic and lockdowns, the lifting of border restrictions brought the opportunity for our first overseas travel in 2 years! Although we were pretty worried about the Sydney flooding before we flew off, I’m happy to say that not only did it not affect our trip, but New South Wales is as vibrant as ever with buzzing night time, beautiful scenery, and friendly folk. It was at Picton Valley that we experienced our first skydiving experience which was an unbelievable combination of terrifying and exhilarating. We also made sure to catch the Moulin Rouge show which is a definite must see while you’re there! Overall a great respite from the day-to-day grind and now I’m just counting down to my next trip! #passionpassport
