I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

We just checked out, and our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the photos. We also loved how peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 💖

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly! I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.

It's located close to the ferry so we were able to walk there when we checked in, and also within walking distance to the nearest shopping mall so no taxi was needed.

Staff- accommodating and helpful Location - very accessible,,nearby restaurants, coffee shops, fastfood chains, noise outside is tolerable, 2-3 min walk to the beach Price - Lucky, I got the best deal using the app Room - spacious, secured with 2 bottled water, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel, air-conditioning, water heater (opportunities: some stain in toilet door, shower head I need to fix it and some cobweb in closet) Internet access is decent I recommend this place and will definitely book again. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room had modern tropical interiors, strong A/C, and a cozy with view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens are clean.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, and conveniently close to a 7-Eleven. The room is spacious but has a musty smell. There are no toiletries provided, and the door lock doesn’t feel very secure. The most disappointing part of our stay—and something I strongly advise everyone against—is booking a tour through the hotel. Before purchasing, we specifically asked if the tour included equipment, lunch, and entrance fees, and the hotel assured us that everything was covered. However, upon arriving at Sumilon Island, we had to pay for lunch, rent equipment, and even cover the entrance fee ourselves.

The location is very convenient since it is along Jones Ave or now Osmena Avenue. However, while it is clean inside, there's a lot of Dog Poops outside the Pension. And you will have to dart these large flies as you walk from the entrance to the main road. There's a lot of hanging clotheslines across the pension house. While they have free breakfast, it is so poorly served. Dont expect quality. And you cannot even advance your breakfast, you have to follow their schedule. On a serious note, the free breakfast is not worth considering if you plan to stay in this place. The only advantage they have is that this is near the main road.

The hotel is very clean, they provide robes, shower gels-shampoos-creams, beach towels. But the beach is not within walking distance. The staff is friendly, they checked us in an hour earlier, helped call a taxi

Very large room, stayed 6 days, cooked breakfast in the kitchen. Large, clean, soft bed, large bath towels, quiet air conditioner. Well-kept beautiful hotel territory, security closes/opens the gates in the evening. Polite, friendly staff, good owner. Cleaning every other day, liked everything very much, the best price/quality ratio.
