## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. It's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a tranquil oasis where I could relax and recharge. 杨柳青地区非常宁静，提供了一个适合反思和深思的安静环境。这里是远离城市喧嚣的绝佳之地，提供了一个可以放松和充电的宁静绿洲。 The design of the homestay is very traditional, showcasing beautiful elements of Chinese architecture. For foreigners wanting to experience authentic Chinese design and culture, this is a fantastic place to stay. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the tasteful decor. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. Enjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues. On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station. The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up. When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant. We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage . The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel. Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

The butler service at The St. Regis is incredibly thoughtful, a big thank you to Gracie, Cassie, Winnie, and the other butlers. I also want to commend The St. Regis for their food selection, especially for breakfast. I specifically checked if they used pre-made items, as many other five-star hotels often use pre-packaged pastries for breakfast. However, The St. Regis's baozi (steamed buns), bread, and other items are all freshly made by their chefs, and the juices are freshly squeezed. It made me feel very assured about the food. The check-in and check-out times can also be relatively flexible depending on room availability, which is great for a vacation. The pool is 1.5m deep and the temperature is perfect – not too cold – and there's also a smaller pool suitable for children. The location goes without saying; it's right on the Haihe River scenic belt, perfect for sightseeing, strolling, and shopping right outside the door. The only minor point is that the standard rooms might not be considered very large.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

I've stayed at several rooms, and Fanny's service was gentle and attentive, with thoughtful details everywhere. I was able to unwind from my travel fatigue and spent a relaxing and enjoyable time here. Highly recommend checking it out.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Haihe River, not far from the Tianjin Eye. Just a short walk brings you to a beautiful view of the Haihe River and the Tianjin Eye combined. I stayed three nights and enjoyed evening strolls and bike rides along the river every day – so relaxing! The breakfast offers a wide variety, including Tianjin local specialties like green bean noodle 'jianbing guozi' (fried pancake fruit) and 'lao doufu' (fermented tofu). There are also some Tianjin cuisine restaurants and snack shops nearby, which is very convenient. The gym has plenty of equipment, and the staff are all very friendly. You can see the Tianjin Eye right from the gym window, so you could work out for half a day and not get bored. It's a shame I forgot my swimsuit this time, so I didn't get to swim. There's bottled water in the hotel room and also in the hallway. The cleaning lady was very thoughtful; seeing me working on my laptop, she even left me a mouse pad and a sweet note. It was very heartwarming. I stayed in a river view room, and the hotel accommodated my requests perfectly. I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay this time, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Five-star review! My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin on August 11th with my two children was absolutely perfect. As soon as the car pulled up, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift, with no long waits. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was exceptionally brilliant. A special thank you to the staff there; their service was meticulous and thoughtful, with just the right amount of attentiveness, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The sommelier, a charming young man from Tianjin, was elegant and highly knowledgeable about wines. His professional explanations and recommendations truly enhanced our wonderful meal. The king-size bed in the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable; it easily accommodated two children with plenty of room. The hotel noticed the children in our party and thoughtfully prepared adorable kids' amenities, a detail that was truly heartwarming. From the front desk and concierge to the dining service and room setup, the service quality across all departments was consistently excellent, and every staff member demonstrated high professionalism. It's clear that the hotel boasts mature and comprehensive management, as well as outstanding management capabilities. This was a thoroughly pleasant stay, my top choice when visiting Tianjin. I look forward to returning!

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

I stayed here for one night while driving during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are pretty good, clean and smell-free, and the bed in the standard room is also very big, with a bed of 1.35 meters. The transportation is convenient, just off the highway.

The bed is relatively comfortable, the environment is okay, the store service is good, and overall it is good. If you are commuting, I recommend it
