Overall, this is a nice hotel with quite tasteful decor, almost on par with some chic hotels in Bangkok. Its location is excellent, right by the Mekong River, offering superb, close-up views. There's a modestly sized swimming pool, perfect for kids to enjoy, and adults can borrow bicycles for a leisurely ride along the riverbank.
Rooms are on the smaller side, but didn't feel cramped. The in-room facilities were generally good, and a major plus was the excellent hot water pressure.
However, our main dissatisfaction was the incredibly slow check-in process; we waited for nearly an hour. This was particularly hard on the elderly person in our group. We had aimed to check in right at 2 PM to get some rest, but instead had to endure an hour-long wait. Although we understood it was a holiday period, we believe better pre-planning could have significantly improved the situation.
A charming activity offered by the hotel is the morning alms-giving ceremony. We thought this was a nice touch and wanted to participate. The hotel provides alms sets for 199 baht each, which mostly consist of fresh food items. But we preferred to offer alms with items we had brought, like household medicines, which the hotel staff didn't mind. However, during the actual alms offering, we felt a bit like second-class citizens, as guests who hadn't pre-booked the hotel's alms sets had to stand awkwardly behind those who had. Thankfully, a hotel manager later noticed and had staff bring us an extra table and a water-pouring vessel.
In summary, the hotel excels in its views and facilities. However, to significantly enhance the guest experience, particularly during holiday periods, better management systems would be beneficial.
The accommodation is in a good location, opposite the public park. You can walk down to the Mekong River bank or exercise along the Mekong River. Or you can walk to the electric bicycle rental shop. There are complete facilities, Android TV, hair dryer, breakfast (a la carte), car parking behind the hotel. The staff provides good service, impressive, good value. The hotel is part of the impression of this trip to Nakhon Phanom.
The hotel is newly opened. The accommodation is clean and private. The staff provides good service. The room is very large. The cafe food is delicious. I like it very much.
Excellent hotel in Nakhon Panom, the building and room may look outdated but it’s very clean and in good conditions. Staffs are very helpful and super polite. but most superb part is the location, it located along side with Mekong river and there is 7/11 (convenient store) next to the hotel as well.
The receptionist was very unfriendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean. On the first night, I could clearly hear everything from the adjacent room, and to my dismay, there was a child screaming almost the entire night. 🥲 The room walls were paper-thin.
The only hiccup that I faced was there was plenty of mosquitoes in the room and I had an infant with me.
Other than that the facilities and everything was awesome especially the breakfast 😀
The resort is quiet, private. I like that there is a hotel room and separate into the back. We asked to stay in a back. Because you can park the car next door, not busy, everything else is good, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, but acceptable, reasonable price, a little bit in the city, but on the main road, easy to find.
The accommodation is next to the road and next to the Mekong River. Very convenient. Plenty of parking. All staff provide excellent service.
A lot of breakfast I like the one that has bread with filling. I'm not sure what it's called, but it's very delicious.
The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom has good water flow.
This is a newly opened hotel. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. This is a low-cost hotel chain in Thailand, but the quality is always very good. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! There is no breakfast, but there is a Nestle coffee machine, which is delicious...Snacks and drinks are sold next to the counter on the first floor

GGuest UserIt's a VIP room, but there's not much VIP because the room is next to the stairs. I heard people walking. The sound of people talking all the time. for the room Overall clean. If there is a chance to go back and stay or reserve for a friend. Will not choose a room next to the stairs.
CChris1st day arrived. Back door to room . I checked not locked and window not locked . I stayed o. Ground floor alley way . I find this a problem in Thailand always check doors and windows . I walked to the river and returned. Wanting a skower went into bedroom . Cockrochers running up around sink and cups. Lucky i carry fly spary but couldn't shower until morning . Smell of fly spary . Walking back to hotel . Got bailed up by 3 dogs coming at me . I walked back into town cross the road dogs come out to centre line . I reported it to reception . Told the Man . He said yes and showed me 3 fingers . So understood . One day some be biten . Be aware at night time
GGuest UserDidn't know that my booking has to be only second floor, I normally stay at the river hotel which I don't have to pay for higher floor and of cuz it has nicer views. Since I want to try staying in alternative places cuz I plan myself to visit nakhon panom every January for better whether so I find myself not happy with this.
Might go back to the river hotel next time. The good thing is all staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel location is quite away from centre you better drive to stay here, 12-15mins drive to town.

UUa-apisitwongA little bit far from city and hard to fond tuk tuk. But hotel will give tuk tuk phone no. To you. Hotel is good for relax because it's quiet, have not traffic noise.
GGuest UserCounter front staff Is that the face does not accept a lot of guests Overall hotel Considered not bad (not good 100% according to the room price **Understandable) but the staff is bad We will check out and tell you to check out. The staff told me to put the key !! The word, yes, no, you, customers, no 😅 don't want, thank you, but if you say something, it would be good.
Check in October 7th 2567, fresh and hot
