Few minutes by walk to Taksim Squire great location.Room cleaning were perfect.Near by restaurants,bars,metro station,supeemarkets... I traveled with my daughter,stayed only one night but when you compare with another small hotels,it's very good by far.In case of very early arrival to hotel like us 08:00 o'clock (because of early land of our airplane)you may leave your luggage at the lobby and still enjoy the city and kind staff at the reception is very helpfull.The price was very economic,new renovated room,new painted and well furnitured.High standard beds,new a/c and a minibar.They take care of your welcome by several bottles of water,tea and coffies together with a kettle.Always hot water in the shower. We had a good day&night.We'll definately visit again at the future.No need to have another hotel advantures,thats a Very GOOG PLACE. Thank you for your hospitality. Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

Everything was good but I neglected to putting my AirPod into the safe box and unfortunately it is gone ! No one to blame ! Just don’t think you are at the Hilton and it is safe .

We were happy with everything — a perfect option for an overnight stay during a long layover. We stayed for one night and it went smoothly, even though the hotel is close to the airport (we didn’t hear any noise at all). The condition of the room was okay. There were some scuffs on the walls and damaged floorboards in a few places, but we didn’t see this as a big issue for a short stay. We really appreciated the very early breakfast — even with our early flight, we had time to eat. The breakfast was simple but had a wide selection. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Service was good, the staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and variety. The building needs to be maintained from the outside, it was dusty with some glass windows broken from the outside. The lift while going up or down to and from 10th floor, had a sqeaky sound. When I opened the shower tap, brown water came out, after a minute the color was normal. My sleep was disturbed at night, as the room walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors in the next room. It was noisy.

Hampton by Hilton Sirkeci The staff had lost our clothes and refused to take any accountability and even went as far as not allowing me to take my own jacket back, they blamed us for not giving the room number for the jacket but we never asked them to do our laundry - the front desk receptionist Gokem was constantly raising his voice at us and telling us to leave after we told him that we were getting late for our flight. Extremely horrible service for a 4 star hotel and the doors do not fully lock.

Great hotel with great hospitality. A lot of the amenities were closed because of the season, although advertised as in season until November. A bit far from places and sometimes a queue for a taxi. Food is very expensive but expected for the class of hotel. Options quite limited. Great breakfast!

I had an amazing stay at Edition Old City Hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Sinan, who generously upgraded us to a balcony-view room facing the city—completely on the house! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more memorable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, great atmosphere, and delicious food makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. Highly recommend!

I came to Istanbul with my 3 friends and came back only at night after spending the whole day outside. Despite the price, the bed was very comfy and clean. There's a daily cleaning and the lady who's in charge of cleaning our room is very nice and helpful though she can't speak English. The receptionist was able to communicate in English fluently.

In the huge basement, I met the parking guy, who warmly introduced me to the lobby and helped me park my car. The restaurant manager also helped me buy honeycomb. I give it a thumbs up and will stay here again next time!
