📍 Location & Transport My trip to Tanzania started with a flight from London to Dar Salam. From there we took a domestic flight to Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s safari parks. From there we began a three-day safari adventure with a driver and private chef. The journey took us through the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the legendary Serengeti National Park, sleeping in tented camps surrounded by nature. The final stop of the trip was Dar es Salaam, reached by a short internal flight. We spent two days there exploring the coastal city before returning to London. 🦓 Activities & Highlights The safari experience was the highlight of the trip. In Serengeti National Park, we saw incredible wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and countless antelopes roaming freely across the savannah. The landscape is vast and dramatic, especially at sunrise when the plains are filled with golden light.The Ngorongoro Crater felt like a natural wildlife amphitheatre. Descending into the crater was unforgettable, with animals visible in every direction and an extraordinary sense of untouched wilderness. after our struggle but worth hiking experience at Kilimanjaro peak, we decided for a safari adventure at The Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It is a protected 8292km area and labelled as a UNESCO World Heritage Site The main feature of the Ngorongoro Conservation is the Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. we thought it was a very expansive area where Masaai people and wildlifes live harmonily. Day 2 Safari: still at Ngorongoro Conservation Area after the tour with the cool Masaai peeps, we continue to hunt for the Big 5. which is the most wanted animals people looking for are looking for in safari. We had an incredible time with Everlasting Tanzania. From the moment we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, we were well taken care of. Our journey up Kilimanjaro was managed with such professionalism and kindness. Saidi and Athsma, our guides, were both so knowledgeable. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and uplifting to both myself and Kate. The porters made every effort to connect with us, lifting our spirits daily with their cheerful songs and smiles. Later, when my sister joined us in Arusha for a safari, it was a last-minute plan, but Sam gladly accommodated us, for which I’m incredibly grateful. Our safari guide, Aloice, was also kind and considerate, ensuring we got to see everything we hoped for. It was truly a perfect 10/10 trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend Everlasting Tanzania!

We had a delightful 2-night stay before our safari and were very happy with all the hotel amenities. Both the restaurant and bar were exceptional and offered great value. Mr. Kasun, the Rooms Division Manager, was highly professional and eloquent, always eager to hear about our overall experience. I would describe this place as a true home away from home.

Mbugwe Lodge is conveniently located in Arusha town, just 10-15 minutes from Arusha Airport, and is easy to find using Google Maps. The Lodge boasts a serene and beautiful ambiance that truly feels like a home away from home. You can unwind in the stunning flower garden, take a dip in the well-maintained pool, or enjoy sunbathing in Arusha's warm weather. Each meticulously maintained room comes with a terrace where you can relax and watch the sunset comfortably. The staff is highly trained and offers round-the-clock attention to ensure all your needs are met. Meals are delectable, and by requesting Tanzanian cuisine, you can enjoy traditional dishes and experience a variety of food cultures. An unforgettable experience in Tanzania, thanks to Jackson and Laurent! Our 6-day trip included 5 days of safari in amazing parks like Arusha, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. We had superb animal sightings and stayed in stunning hotels, each more beautiful than the last. Meals at the restaurants were fantastic. This is the go-to choice for any trip to Tanzania, offering custom itineraries, attentive service, excellent accommodations, nature-side lunches, and aperitifs. Everything was absolutely perfect!

The property and grounds are stunning, giving a feeling of being in the treetops! Unfortunately, it was too chilly to enjoy the pool, but the pool area itself was pretty and very private. The location is conveniently close to town and serves as an excellent base for visiting Ngorongoro and Tarangire parks. The food was authentic, delicious, and plentiful, with the cooks making dishes to order or offering a buffet. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The owner, Honest, was extremely helpful and friendly to our 17-member extended family, ranging from ages 2 to 72. We were in Arusha for a wedding and also wanted to explore Tanzania's culture and beauty. Honest and Neema, the manager, arranged fantastic transportation and excursions for us. The rest of the staff at Malkia Trees were always happy to assist in any way they could. Although the property includes many stairs, everything is well-lit and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this comfortable boutique hotel in such a prime location.

My family had an amazing experience visiting Arusha and using it as the starting point for our Safari adventure. The owner, Honest Marandu, was extremely gracious and assisted us in arranging the Safari as well as all transportation in the area. The staff was outstanding, especially Neema, one of the managers, who was calm and handled everything perfectly. The meals were fantastic too! I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Malkia Trees Lodge!

A delightful experience at this amazing facility just outside Arusha. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotless, equipped with everything you need. The international breakfast is excellent, but the highlight is definitely the dinner. If you have the chance, dine here, as they truly make you feel at home. The waiter Obama is incredibly kind, and Zawadi is just as wonderful. Receptionist Ebenezer welcomed us warmly even though we arrived late at night, coordinating our airport transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport as well. Kudos to chef Innocent, Aidami, and Erick for their fantastic cooking. The food is high-quality, flavorful, and wholesome—dinner was especially enjoyable. A well-deserved 5-star experience!

It was my first trip to Tanzania. From the airport, my family went to Arusha, while I headed to Moshi as I wanted to hike Kilimanjaro. Hans and the driver picked me up at the airport and brought me to the hotel. We went on a hike to a stunning waterfall, which included visiting a school. Additionally, we stopped at a community center where I purchased authentic Tanzanian coffee. The day of the hike was delightful, and Hans was patient throughout. Traveling solo, I felt completely safe. I highly recommend his company and believe you won’t be disappointed.

Elisante and his team speak Spanish, making everything easy to organize and manage via WhatsApp or email. From our arrival in Arusha to our departure, the service was outstanding. This is an amazing agency, and I highly recommend them. We traveled as two families, nine people in total, exploring Tarangire on arrival day, Serengeti for two days, and Ngorongoro on the last day.
