Temple of Heaven - Beijing 🇨🇳

The Temple of Heavens is one of the most important religious and historical building in Beijing - China. It is masterpiece of classic imperial buildings throughout Chinese history. The site was firstly built in 1420 by Yongle Emperor and it is listed in the World Heritage Sites List by UNESCO. This place is not located in down town, however It can be reached easily by taxi or public transport. The whole visit, including walking around and taking pictures should last between 1 to 2 hours. Best Seasons to visit this temple are Spring or Autumn. Otherwise if you visit in summer then It is more comfortable to visit this place in the morning or late afternoon as the weather is quite hot. This is an impressive building extensively decorated both inside and outside with great amount of details.
