The resort is delightful and tranquil, an ideal spot for both families and couples. My room, with its ocean view, was truly soothing. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, but my check-in was delayed until 5 PM due to a mistake made by a staff member named Harsh, who provided a room that didn’t match my booking and lacked a sea view. Luckily, manager Robby handled the situation with professionalism and swiftly resolved it. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable with plenty of options. The location is perfect for relaxation, though having a car is necessary since it’s situated in the mountains, approximately 57 minutes from the airport. Special thanks to Nishta at the beach bar — she was charming and consistently smiling — and to Jarvin, a helpful staff member who aided me with a car issue.
