Galerie: De Zwarte Panter

The ailing weather was a perfect reason to take a look at the Zwarte Panter art gallery at Hoogstraat, the second oldest art gallery in Belgium, where the exhibition 'Dog Years' by Tom Liekens (° 1977) is currently running. Nature often is a theme in Liekens' work, although he is anything but a traditional landscape painter or animal painter. In many of his monumental works he shows an artificial nature, nature as a backdrop.
