Amazing palace just outside Stockholm

The palace is still in use by the Swedish monarchs, and also today it hosts many royal ceremonies and events. Similarly to the Stockholm city centre, the building is yellow, what is related to Swedish monarch colours. Despite the dark interiors, Drottningholm Palace welcomes all tourists with stunning ceilings as well as painted walls. Great location for every art lover! After a visit in the palace, you can also go for a magnificent cruise from the royal palace to the Stockholm city centre. On the other hand, palace gardens are also much recommended, but currently are partially closed due to renovation
