Florence - The perfect getaway

#eurotrip If you travel to Italy try to make a getaway to Florence, you will not be disappointed. Our recent trip to Rome allowed us an express getaway to Florence, since as our return flight was leaving from Pisa, we did not want to miss the opportunity to set foot in Italian Tuscany. We took the train from Rome and in just 2 hours we were already there (it was just over 20 euros). Our friends love art and the truth is that there are many museums to choose from. Florence adapts to all tastes… and times! Of course, we admired it in the rain, and the fact is that although the day before when we arrived the sun shone in all its splendor (we arrived at noon and at 5 and something was already dark), we were caught by fog and bad weather. But you know what? this did not prevent us from enjoying Florence, we walked through it dancing in the rain! And although 24 hours are not long enough (which is why we hope to be able to return to this beautiful city one day, to enjoy it and explore it more calmly), one day is enough to get to know it a little bit and begin to love it.
