Donghu Park(东湖公园)| Chilled Park

Donghu Park, one of the four artificial lakes in Guangzhou, is a nice place for visit or a walk in the afternoon. The lake is really big and divides the park into different parts: small pavilion with beautiful flowers(where you can also enjoy a nice view of Canton Tower and its reflection), exercise area, a small island(there is a tea& coffee place, but now under re-construction), kayak, zigzag bridge etc. It's always my first choice to have a walk in the afternoon and sit on the bench for a while gazing at the small island or read a book, and then head to Guigang market for pig blood soup, and look for some local street food.
