Hangzhou’s Botanical Garden 🌸

After several recommendations, I took myself to the botanical garden for spring blossoms. I was a bit disappointed as there were very few blossoms and some of them were already dry. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a rejuvenating place or somewhere for a picnic, that’s spot on! My favourite was the potted plants garden with beautifully displayed bonsaï plants. If you wander in the little forest with the wooden pathway running through it, you’ll witness a tranquil atmosphere with fresh air and a light breeze 🍃. On a sunny Saturday afternoon, the crowd was there, but fortunately, nothing overwhelming. The garden is so wide that you can easily find a corner to be with your friends or by yourself. How to go ➡️ I took a taxi 🚕 from Wulin Square metro station 🚇 (武林广场地铁站). The ride was about 30-40 mins.
