China National Silk Museum. Located in Hangzhou. I always wanted to get to know more about silk. And this museum was encountered in right time. Every step related to silk manufacturing is introduced here, starting from silk worm culturing and ending by traditional way of clothes making. Silk worm caterpillars and tools helping to unroll silk threads are pretty interesting expositions. Machines for threading looks so complicated, I even did not figure out how to operate them. Very good museum, very knowledgeable. #holidayvacation
