If there's one thing they say you should see while staying in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, it's the Cu Chi Tunnels. Even if you're not that much of a history buff (ahem...hi) the Cu Chi Tunnels still make for an intersting visit and a much needed glimpse into the history of the city. The tunnels are located around 60 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, were built from around 1948 during a war against France and were an important communication tool during the Vietnam War.
During our visit, we were able to crawl through the tunnels, as well as see how and where this entire complex housed everything from hospitals and schools to kitchens!
