This feature can be a life saver in a crowded hotel, where lines to speak to customer service agents can be nightmarishly long. The room I was assign was huge with a big bath tub that provide a good view while I relax in the bath with a glass of wine there a big relax area with sofa in the room too. Bed is super comfortable and I really have a great 2 night at the hotel .
