Melbourne is a place for culturel, history and charm. There is a War Memorial located at Birdwood Ave, Melbourne VIC 3001, this is a Shrine to remember the people who fought in the 1st world war of 1914 - 1918. Inside of this Shrine, there is a gallery with a huge wall of medals that has at least more than 2000 medals being showcase where each represents a particular victorian who fought during the war. The admission into this Shrine is free and no booking is required for both locals and foreigners, for parking, you can park around the Shrine which is a short 3-5mins walking distance to the Shrine. Also, do remember when entering the Shrine, walk up the long flight of stairs to the top of the Shrine to have a view of unblock scenery of Melbourne city.
