Shenzhen skyline from Lianhua mountaintop

After hiking to the top of Lianhua mountain you will be rewarded with this amazing view of the city, especially lit up at nighttime it is a sight to behold. This is a prime place to view the light shows that go on for part of the year, although it will likely be very crowded. The hike takes about 30-45 minutes and is best done at a cooler time of year or at night time as it can get very sweaty, i recommend bringing lots of water. The ping an tower dominates the night skyline and looks incredible with its lighting, possibly the only better view of shenzhen is from the observation deck of the ping an building. Another thing to note is that you may see many large snails on the paths leading up to the top of the mountain, take care not to step on them. #hiking#nationalpark
