Pingshan library Sound Exhibition

Entitled: LISTEN: the story of Recorded Sound Two exhibitions happening as of the moment in Pingshan library. First one, the exhibition highlighting some of sound archives of British library. An exhibition showing how important the sounds of the past 140 years to our everyday life since the invention of "phonograph" in 1877. The second exhibition showcasing Pingshan's symbolic sounds. Its displays sound recorded from 50 areas/sites across Pingshan district to show its natural environment, folk traditions, culture. Etc. Etc. Etc... Both exhibitions are interactive. You can listen to it through the headphones scattered on the venue. These recordings can be heard by either scanning QR codes, CD players or touch screen pads. Both exhibitions will run up to February 2022.
