Relaxing at the beach

Sihanoukville is a town in south of Cambodia overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Prestine white be the beaches, clean water and year round sun make this area a perfect place for a few days relaxing or remote working with value time. Although surounded by the sea do take your time to pick the beach you prefer as some can be very busy. Around the beach there will be places that offer food and drink and many locals go the beach on days offvto meet friends, eat and drink. For a quieter experience you can go to Prek Treng Beach or smaller beaches around there north of the city. Just rent a three wheel tuktuk for the day (agree price and pay at the end) it will take over an hour by tuktuk or take a boat to one of the islands, about one hour sailing from the harbour, where you can also stay overnight. The town has a local airport with domestic and some regional flights. Cheaper ways of travel are the train to Phnom Penh or one of the many busses leaving throughout the day for various towns.
