Where to find it: it's the central restaurant (only real restaurant because mostly are just food stalls) at the back of Mc Donald's in West Street Cuisine: Chinese Affordability: food ranges from 38rmb - 78rmb From eating on the same restaurant for 4 days censecutively, these are my favorites on their menu.: In demand meal as of the moment (since its winter), the infamous GUILIN RICE NOODLES! that hot and rich broth, very strong aroma, the noodles are "aldente", perfect boiled egg on top of it = heaven!!! 😍😍😍 Thin slices of crispy Pork, seasoned very well. It goes perfectly with spicy vinegar and just a bowl of plain rice or better yet, a yang chow (fried rice). ❤️ My next fave was the eggplant sautéed on oyster sauce. I just love how they cook it. Not too soggy eggplant, just perfect. ❤️ That perfect mix of sweet and sour pork. ❤️ Of course, don't forget that stir fry egg with shrimp! All time favorite! ❤️ Try 'em!
