Britain's largest wildlife park and gardens
The Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens, located in West Oxfordshire, is one of the few wildlife parks in the UK. It covers an area of more than 160 acres. All kinds of animals can grow in a natural environment. First, take a narrow-gauge train to watch around, including The children were very happy to see some rare animals, such as giraffes, rhinos, lions, kangaroos, penguins, etc., because there are very few opportunities to see these animals in the UK. It is definitely a good place for the whole family to travel. The entire venue covers an area of It is very large, so it is recommended to reserve at least half a day, or rent it directly in a nearby B&B or hotel for an overnight stay.

🐤A super popular handmade family bakery in Burford
Visit the medieval town of Burford🏡, known as the "Gateway to Cotswo"
Except for the postcard-beautiful ramp of High Street
Admire the antique honey-coloured Cotswold stone buildings lining the sides
When you're tired of walking, you might as well come to this Burford's most popular bakery, Hunters🍰
This bakery is a very warm traditional family business
All the pastries in the shop are made fresh daily by his own hands
To know that British traditional baking culture has a long history
It tests the master's precise control of the ratio of flour and butter🧈
The Scone, Cookies and Sponge cake baked here are good
Especially the sponge cake is fluffy enough to eat
In addition to the handmade pastries excellent
The coffee here is definitely a surprise☕
I highly recommend you to order a coconut latte to try 🥥
The rich coconut aroma goes just right with the sweet and bitter taste of the coffee beans
It's really relaxing to enjoy a handmade pastry in such a historic town

Exceptional Personalized Tour with Undiscovered Cotswold
Thank you, Ian, for the fantastic communication throughout the booking process and the days leading up to our tour. Jason was our guide for the day, and he was truly outstanding—extremely knowledgeable in sharing the history and details of all the sites. He had thorough insights into the countryside and even brought us to a wonderful local village pub for Sunday roast, where I had the best beef pie of my life (sorry, Mom and Grandma).
The day was perfectly paced, allowing plenty of time to explore both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Jason took the time to understand our interests and priority experiences. Knowing about our English and Scottish roots and our wish to walk the Cotswold Trail someday, he had the Stonehenge bus stop briefly so we could walk part of the footpath leading to the landmark—an incredibly thoughtful personalization that was deeply meaningful for us.
I highly recommend Undiscovered Cotswold Tour company for a high-value and memorable experience. Our private tour day was absolutely perfect and, for a family of four, was a much better value than the large group tours offered through cruise lines.

A Delightful Tour Experience
I feel I made an excellent choice by joining this short tour. It was both enjoyable and thrilling. The gentleman who guided us—his name escapes me at the moment—was extremely polite, friendly, and well-informed. I truly appreciate his efforts and extend my heartfelt thanks to him.

England/Oxfordshire/Manor Hotel
Oxfordshire | Manor Hotel Ceiling (Temporary Ranking)
Estelle Manor is a luxury manor hotel located in Oxfordshire, England, surrounded by an 85-acre estate and 3,000 acres of parkland. The environment is tranquil and full of English countryside charm. Formerly known as Eynsham Hall, where I stayed once with friends in 2017, it offers a completely different experience.
The entire manor hotel has a rich historical heritage, perfectly upgraded design, captivating natural scenery, along with comprehensive attentive service and a variety of countryside activities, making it a highlight of our trip, leaving a deep impression and highly recommended!
The architectural style is Edwardian combined with modern design, renovated by the renowned design firm Roman and Williams. The vintage interior style incorporates velvet furniture, antique rusted mirrors, and other elements. Some rooms are converted from stables, where the rough structural textures complement the scenery, full of manor charm.

Minster Lovell: A Riverside Retreat Steeped in History
#europetrip #countryside #travel
Minster Lovell is a place where history and nature come together in perfect harmony. Tucked along the banks of the River Windrush, this idyllic village captivated me with its peaceful atmosphere and timeless beauty.
The highlight of my visit was exploring the hauntingly beautiful ruins of Minster Lovell Hall. Walking among the crumbling stone walls, with the gentle river flowing nearby, felt like stepping back in time. The surrounding meadows and woodlands added a touch of tranquility, making it the perfect spot for a quiet stroll or a picnic.
The village itself is equally charming, with its thatched cottages and welcoming locals. Minster Lovell is a hidden gem, offering a serene escape and a glimpse into England’s rich past. It’s a place I could return to again and again.
