Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur!
The hotel I experienced in Kuala Lumpur was the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, also part of the Pan Pacific Group.
I absolutely loved this apartment! It's right next to the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur where I stayed a few days ago. It's within a 5-minute walk to various malls in Bukit Bintang. The apartment offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suite options, making it perfect for couples and families traveling together.
There's a 24-hour service desk in the lobby, so if your flight arrives late, there's no need to worry. The staff is always ready to assist, and there's security as well. All suites are equipped with a mini kitchen, complete with pots and utensils, making it convenient for guests staying in the city for an extended period. If you get hungry at night and want a snack, there's a mini kitchen! The rooftop infinity pool at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur offers a stunning view of the city. It's absolutely beautiful in the evening!
My parents loved it too, and they didn't want to leave the pool. I even learned a new skill, swimming with my head above water, which means I can enjoy the water without worrying about redoing my makeup! Next to the pool is a 24-hour gym, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city while running on the treadmill or lifting weights under the clear blue sky and twinkling stars at night! I forgot to mention, the apartment's bonus is having a private washer and dryer in each suite, not shared! It's so friendly for frequent travelers!
Speaking of Malaysia, this trip was all about eating and drinking. The apartment's location is superb, and I had already marked a few restaurants I wanted to try, all within walking distance. There's also my favorite Nando's grilled chicken nearby! My parents praised the breakfast too, which can be enjoyed at the Pacific Lounge on the 25th floor, offering European, Chinese, and Malay cuisine. My parents thought it was fantastic!
Also on the 25th floor is The Living Room, where we enjoyed unlimited free coffee and tea. This space also has foosball and pool tables, and a private meeting room for 10 people, perfect for business travelers on long trips! This time, I deeply experienced Kuala Lumpur's nightlife, and the accommodation was perfectly arranged. The meaning of travel is to experience every bit of the city with family and loved ones, creating beautiful and unique memories, don't you think?

My Kuala Lumpur 2-Day Independent Travel Guide🔍
I personally test that you can't step on a single pit following this guide (because I've stepped on all the pits for you)
▪️ Accommodation : Eaton House (pool photos p17-p18)
Week 2467 pool opening times 8AM-10PM
Week 135 pool open 10AM-10PM
▪️ Eating Recommendations
Super long tacos Tgs bistro (p15-p16) yummy!
New Peak Beef and Bone Tea Tastes like Chinese medicine.
▪️ Taxi: Grab is very convenient and easy to operate just like in China.
⭐️Day1
Daytime KLCC - McDonald's - Parkview Plaza - Evening Petronas Twin Towers - Eaton Infinity Pool
1️.KLCC park (p2)
grab a taxi and search for klcc park
Go deeper into the park and follow the pool to where the dolphin statue is and you'll be there, if you see blue tiles, you'll be right!
2️. McDonald's (p3)
Take a picture of the McDonald's crosswalk.
Navigate in front of Pavilion KI and get off at the intersection opposite to HM.
3. Parkview Plaza
It's very big and easy to walk around. It's right near the McDonald's, so you can go shopping and eat directly after checking in.
4️. Night view of the Twin Towers (p4-p5)
The hottest spot.
Take a taxi to KLCC and tell the driver where you want to go to take photos and he will understand.
Don't take a taxi to publicbank, because there are many publicbanks, it's easy to get the wrong place, I just read other people's tips and went to the wrong place for a few kilometres, and then take a taxi again!
⭐️Day2
Pink Mosque + Independence Square + City Gallery + Jimmy Mosque + River of Life + Ibaraki Street
1️. Pink Mosque (p6-p9)
It's a bit far from the city centre, so you can go there first and then come back to do the rest of the route.
A beautiful pink fairytale castle is super photogenic, but it's a bit backlit and very weather dependent.
Outdoor shots navigate to kelab tasilk putrajaya (this is a good location) get off the bus and walk towards the river for two minutes
For the interior shots navigate to the mosque Masjid Putra, you have to rent a red cloak to enter the mosque.
2️. Independence Square (p10-p11)
Take a taxi to navigate to dataran merdeka
3️. City Gallery
Walking distance from Independence Square, next to the red KL logo is this gallery on two levels.
4️. River of Life
It's all on one line, right next to Independence Square, you can see it when you walk in, there's not much to see, it's just a normal little river.
5️. Chamay Mosque p12
This mosque area is relatively small, in the Independence Square and the Central Arts Square and the river intersection, also went to the Independence Square to sneak two steps to the nothing special
6️. Tseung Kwan O Street (p13-p14)
Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown, from the entrance to enter to go through a long piece of small goods area, don't buy on the end, walk to the innermost part of the snack street! If you're hungry, this is the place to go!

🇲🇾Johor Bahru | Visa-free arrival 🇸🇬Johor Bahru day trip guide
Based on my experience of visiting Mount Austin 4 times in the past 3 months, I have summarized this tour route. Welcome to learn from it!
📍Route: Woodlands Checkpoint▶City Square▶Chen Xu Nian Cultural Street▶KSL City Mall▶Mount Austin▶Mid Valley
⚠️Instructions: You are welcome to add or subtract places you want to go. The itinerary can be divided into 2-day tours (weekend tours)
🚌Transportation strategy:
🚗Taxi location: 📍Woodlands Checkpoint
🚌Bus: 160/170/950/CW checkpoint special line, etc.
🚃Train station location: 📍Woodlands Train Checkpoint
❗️Chinese passport visa-free strategy❗️
🆕Avoiding long-term traffic jams on weekends, I will enjoy the Malaysian visa-free benefits with my mother on 12/4 with my Chinese passport!
Preparation before the trip: passport + online entry registration (Malaysia 🔍MDAC, Singapore 🔍SGAC) + RM cash + bank card 💳
🚗Taxi: Johor Bahru Grab is very cheap, basically RM10-20, can be paid in cash or 💳
[Woodlands Checkpoint] Due to the route of the tour, it is recommended to check in from Woodlands Checkpoint. SBS🚌 is more cost-effective, and the fare is basically within 2 SGD
Breakfast recommendation: Three Sisters Roast & Coffee p4; This is a popular breakfast shop that I love and have been to many times. The taste is very online and the price is affordable. See p5 for the menu. Opposite is the popular banana cake shop!
[Chen Xu Nian Cultural Street] In recent years, in order to stimulate tourism, this area has been renovated and remodeled. The murals and old buildings in the alleys are very suitable for street sweeping. Trendy hipster cafes and traditional teahouses coexist. It is perfect for Citywalk here.
【City Square】After passing through the immigration checkpoint in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, you will reach this mall through JB Sentral. There are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment activities in it. The mall is open after 10 o'clock~
【KSL City Mall】Old-fashioned mall, there are many small shops such as barber shops, massage, mobile phone accessories, etc., suitable for shopping~
🍲Lunch recommendation: Shunfa Bak Kut Teh; p11-12 I have eaten it since I was a child. My favorite treasure bak kut teh shop must be Ai Yubing, super refreshing~
【MidValley】It should be the largest and newest mall in Johor Bahru. It is super fun to visit and has everything. I tried a popular self-service hot pot restaurant. The environment and taste are not bad and worth recommending.
or
【Mount Austin】A new popular shopping district, gathering many popular cafes, food, entertainment and leisure places! You can consider Shu Da Xia for dinner.

Malaysia is divided into East Malaysia and West Malaysia. East Malaysia is dominated by natural islands, such as Kota Kinabalu and Semporna; West Malaysia is more culturally and shopping-oriented, such as Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Compared with other Southeast Asian countries, Malaysia’s safety is still very guaranteed.

2. About transportation ✈️
Traveling in Malaysia should not be too convenient. You can basically take a taxi. The destinations in the city are not far away, so taking a taxi is cheap and convenient. There are also many Chinese drivers, so you don’t have to worry about communication barriers. You can use grab or airasia. airasia has discounts for new customers and the price is cheaper.
3. Accommodation🏠
One of the recommended accommodation locations in Kuala Lumpur is a hotel/B&B near KLCC where you can see the Petronas Twin Towers; the other is a hotel near Pavilion, which is convenient for shopping in the business district.
In other areas, it is recommended to stay near attractions for more convenient travel. It is best to book air tickets and hotels one month in advance.
4. Travel essentials✅
⭕️Documents: Passport (valid for more than 6 months), hotel confirmation, round-trip air ticket itinerary, paper color visa, cash, UnionPay card
⭕️Phone Card: We recommend the "Billion Points Connect Card". One card can be used worldwide. Insert the card to activate. You can purchase it on Ctrip in advance.
⭕️Currency exchange: UnionPay cards can be picked up at airport ATMs, very convenient

⭕️Diving related items: long-sleeved and long-pants jellyfish suit, waterproof mobile phone case, sunscreen, diving socks, quick-drying bath towel

An unexpected internet-famous hotel!
Accidentally, I booked an internet-famous hotel. At the time of booking, I didn't search at all, just thinking about being close to the college, convenient for going to class.
I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the evening. I was tired and hungry, and I couldn't wait to take a bath and rest. When I got off the car, I stood in the lobby, stunned for a moment, doubting that the driver had sent me to the wrong place. I asked the security guard to confirm my place, and it was indeed correct.
That moment was like being in Europe.
The next day when I woke up, the first thing I did was search for this hotel. Only then did I realize that I had booked an internet-famous hotel - Arte Mont Kiara.
Arte Mont Kiara has 3 buildings, each with different check-in points and facilities. The ground floor lobby and shops, themed buffet restaurant offer a wide variety of choices; Level R skirt building includes French retro design lobby, outdoor swimming pool, garden theme area, luxury gym and so on
MK2 66th floor has a European classical style restaurant Arte By Thomas Chan
The decoration is antique, full of European classical style. Walking in, it's like being in a European palace during the Renaissance, with murals and artificial sculptures being very exquisite.
MK3 30th floor has a special facility - Cotton Castle Jacuzzi Pods. This open-air swimming pool is divided into upper and lower areas, the upper area is a hot spring, and the lower area is a cold spring swimming pool. The pool wall is designed like layers of cotton, enjoying the sunbath in the light blue hot spring, no matter how you shoot, it is beautiful.
MK1 27th floor Floating Butterfly Garden
MK1 21st floor Le Pelit Playland
MK3 21st floor Rainbow Lounge
This unexpected internet-famous hotel trip has given me a lot of feelings. Although initially I only booked this hotel for the convenience of going to class, without much expectation. But when I personally experienced the luxurious facilities and unique style provided by Arte Mont Kiara, I was deeply attracted. Each building exudes a different charm and style, as if it brought me into a magical and exquisite world, as if I was in a work of art. I was immersed in the European classical style, feeling the romance and luxury of the Renaissance period.
The Replacements Restaurant
This restaurant open early, so for the early bird, you can try out this western style breakfast if when bored with JB local food. Food portion are big, try to share if you are smaller eater. Their American Breakfast is nice as well as French Toast. Coffee is good but tea selection is quite limited. A clean, nice cozy restaurant. Staffs are very friendly and attentive but ... a little "blur". Overall it is worth a try 👍🏻
Located : Jalan Dhoby, Bandar Johor Bahru, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia

Cold Blue Specialty Coffee
Stumbled upon a hidden cafe, which is located on the first floor of a building, I was quite surprised by the quality of food and coffee that they offer.
We ordered a garlic cream cheese bagel, mushroom cheese bagel, and a hot latte. It was simple and nice, can see that they actually put effort into every dish and drinks they do.
They have a very chill ambience with very minimalist design. Can be a cafe that you can sit and chill with friends, or even do some work while listening to some good music played by them.
Located : Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 30000 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia
