Mapanget travel guide and discussion

Although there are some aspects that could be improved, the extraordinary hospitality of the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, warm, and welcoming, creating a home-like atmosphere for us. Special thanks to Merry, Susan, Siti, and the entire team we had the pleasure of meeting. Your genuine smiles, stellar service, and dedication stood out and made all the difference. Please keep up the wonderful work!

I am very satisfied with the service at this hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and responsive to guests' needs. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast offered was diverse and delicious. Thank you for the outstanding service, which made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This four-star hotel, located near MDC airport, is owned by a prominent local energy distribution company. Designed with a resort style, it enjoys a great position close to the airport, a mall, a golf course, and an exclusive area. The rooms, while comfortable for their time, feature an additional split AC unit alongside central air conditioning (with the outdoor unit’s water occasionally making the back door wet). Amenities include a sofa, an aging LCD TV upgraded with a satellite receiver, a water dispenser for hot drinking water, and no refrigerator. The clean shower room and ground-floor rooms offer a rear terrace with a golf view. Hospitality standards are decent, and the room rates are reasonable. The swimming pool has a nice view of the driving range, and parking is spacious. With the hotel undergoing major renovation, there’s hope for the restoration of its glory days.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the space was spacious, and the service was very friendly. The pool was also very clean. This hotel is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend it.

This is the best hotel in Manado near the airport. The staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Arifin from housekeeping for the excellent service. I really appreciate your help late at night when I needed my linens changed. Hopefully, you'll continue to be a valuable asset to the company.

Mapanget travel hack: Looking for your ideal airport hotel in Manado? Make a beeline for Novotel Manado Golf Resort & Convention Center 🌴—it’s perfectly situated just 10 minutes from the airport (Jl. A.A. Maramis, Kayuwatu). The location is seriously clutch for transit stays, plus you’ll get killer nature scenery and a pool to recharge before or after your flight. The outdoor spaces are a visual treat—the golf course and lush views of the surrounding valley and volcano are totally Instagram-worthy on a sunny day. My tip? Go for a room with a balcony to soak in the morning vibes, but check if renovations are complete, as the building is aging and currently being refreshed. Once done, expect things to be even better. The parking spot is a standout: it’s spacious and secure, making arrivals or car rentals super smooth. Breakfast is a highlight here—don’t skip their coffee or nasi lemak if you want local flavor to kickstart your day! 🏨 I came to Novotel Manado Golf Resort & Convention Center to start my new vacation mode. I spent an unforgettable time in this luxury hotel that combines leisure and conference facilities. 🌴 The hotel is beautifully landscaped, and the entire resort is full of life and vitality. When you step into the lobby, you are surrounded by tall tropical plants, which bring a cool and pleasant feeling. Every design here is centered around the comfort and convenience of guests, making you want to stop and admire everything that has been carefully arranged. 🏝️ The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Whether it is the large windows or the elegant furniture and decorations, they all show the high-end taste of this five-star hotel. But what impressed me the most was the perfect attention to detail, which made me feel as comfortable as at home. 🍴 Speaking of dining, the Novotel dining experience is not to be missed. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes that are not only rich in variety but also first-class in taste. I especially like the seafood dishes, which are fresh and delicious, and a rare culinary experience on this trip. 💼 If you are a business person, don't worry. The conference center in the hotel is well-equipped, and no matter what kind of business event or meeting you are holding, it can meet your needs.
