#December Travel Support Event I tried Menbosha and Dongpo Pork at Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Chinese restaurant 'Mokran'. Menbosha is filled with chewy shrimp meat between crispy bread, and when I took a bite, the texture was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. When I dipped it in the chili sauce provided, the flavor of the shrimp stood out even more. Dongpo Pork was thick pork cooked to a tender texture that melted in my mouth. The sweet and salty sauce soaked into the meat well, and I was able to enjoy it without feeling greasy when I ate it with Bok Choy. However, since Menbosha and Dongpo Pork, which are popular menus, require advance reservations, we recommend ordering in advance before your visit. Overall, the meal at Mokran met my expectations in terms of taste and quality, and it was a chance to once again confirm Chef Lee Yeon-bok's reputation.
