We went there as part of a tour organized by our hotel. We had a fantastic time; the swimming breaks were just perfect. We got to explore the beautiful Formentor beach 😍. I rarely write reviews, but this time I had to. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, starting with the warm reception—we were allowed to check in early without extra charges. The place is impeccably clean, and the housekeepers are incredible; one even went as far as washing my baby’s bottle, which we truly didn’t expect! The catering staff deserve a shout-out too—they're unfailingly cheerful and accommodating. Arriving late for meals wasn’t an issue; we never felt rushed. The staff's friendliness and the child-friendly atmosphere made this holiday exceptional. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The Pollentia hotel is truly outstanding and consistently provides a fantastic holiday experience. The staff are remarkably helpful and attentive, with special recognition to Eli, who does an excellent job leading the waiting staff. We are already looking forward to returning for a fifth visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only hotel. Andreea, the reception manager, and Caitlin, the receptionist, went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel boasts stunning views of a beautiful bay with soft sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The housekeeping, waiting, and bar staff were all incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of food options. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars with a lively and safe atmosphere. The rooftop pool area was delightful. Andreea provided valuable information and suggestions for places to visit and local activities, while Caitlin shared helpful details about local bus routes to make getting around easier.

Previously stayed at Hoposa Pollentia next door and the Illa D’Or, so we had high expectations for the Uyal, and it didn’t let us down. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the rooms and communal spaces were of a high standard, and it’s located directly across from the beach. We enjoyed a sea view balcony at the front. The pool was the warmest I’ve ever swum in! The staff were excellent and very helpful. There are also some really nice restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Uyal. The location offered breathtaking views of the bay and mountains, and it was just a 15-minute walk to the port. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful, with special recognition to Cristina and Lucia at reception, who were both delightful. We stayed on a B&B deal, and the buffet breakfast was superb and delicious, especially when enjoyed on the patio in the lovely morning sunshine. The swimming pool was spotless, and the loungers and big beds around the hotel were comfortable and pristine, with no extra charge for the large outdoor beds. The fantastic weather throughout the week added to the experience, and Uyal allowed us to truly make the most of it. We’d love to return in a heartbeat.

Just back from the Uyal Hotel, and overall, it’s very good. We've been to Puerto Pollensa many times, but this was our first stay at the Uyal. The location is fantastic—right on the seafront, across the road from the beach in a peaceful area, and just a 15-minute easy walk to the town square. There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants along the way. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, and the breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit everyone. There were lots of outdoor tables on the terrace and a cozy indoor dining area. The outdoor space was lovely, with plenty of high-quality loungers overlooking the beach. The annex even had a quiet adults-only roof terrace with stunning views. However, the umbrellas were tricky to use, and the pool was the coldest I've ever experienced. The staff were a huge plus—efficient, polite, and always friendly. Now, about the room. The rooms feel dated and a bit worn out. The walls are very thin, so you can hear conversations from next door, and the plumbing is subpar. One morning, the hotel even ran out of water, and we had to wait for the tanks to be refilled! As always, we had a great time in Puerto Pollensa. While the hotel is generally good, the negatives mean we probably won’t stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Duva Aparthotel. The facilities, including three pools, were great, and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with fresh pancakes being a highlight. While the evening meals could use a bit more variety and quality, they still provide good value for the price. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

Just returned from another fantastic week at Duva! This is our 3rd or 4th year visiting, and we absolutely love it. Luciano truly makes this hotel special for families—he’s wonderful with kids, adults, and overall entertainment! It's unfortunate there wasn’t a magician act this time around. We're coming back in July, and my only suggestion would be to include more evening acts during the busier months. The magician show last year was spectacular!

Just returned from a fantastic 10-day stay and couldn’t be happier. The resort is smaller, with about 150 rooms, which I appreciated since everything was conveniently close. Visiting in mid-June, it was fairly quiet at first but got busier, mostly with families and babies. The pools were great—one for little ones and another 1.4m deep for adults. We had an excellent room facing the pool (room 2312) near the evening entertainment area, but there was no noise in the bedroom thanks to excellent double glazing and superb air conditioning that could stay on all the time. Beach towels were provided with a €10 refundable deposit. Don’t forget to bring Euros for the tourist tax, payable in cash. There’s an ATM just outside Reception with no additional fees. The safe required a €5 returnable deposit for the key and €4 daily usage fee, but the place felt very secure. The food was delightful, and the bar served burgers, hot dogs, and more from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., alongside a 24-hour ice cream fridge stocked with Cornettos and Magnum-style treats. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided if left on the floor. The animation team was fantastic, especially Andrea, whose daily sarcasm kept us laughing. The location was superb, at the quiet end of Pine Walk. We enjoyed an early beach swim every morning at 8 a.m., which worked up an appetite for breakfast. A 20-minute stroll took us to the ferry terminal in the middle of Pine Walk, which we didn’t mind. The bus at the back of the hotel (number 334, I believe) goes to town and Pollensa Old Town, which is worth visiting on a Sunday for the market—though taxis can be scarce. The bus also stops at the Mirador viewpoint, just five minutes from the hotel, and then continues to Formentor Beach, which gets crowded. However, we preferred the beach along Pine Walk. The buses were very convenient—you can tap a bank card to pay for up to five passengers. Just tap once per person when boarding and once when alighting. Get on at the front of the bus and off in the middle. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PortBlue Pollença as a family of five in two all-inclusive rooms. Spanning three generations, aged 2 to 63, we found the experience fantastic. The staff were exceptional, exhibiting professionalism and positivity from check-in to departure. Our Village rooms were spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. The facilities met all our needs and were well-maintained. We spent most of our time by the main pool, which was perfect for our 2-year-old, thanks to the shallow entrances on both ends—he absolutely loved it. The food was great, offering a wide variety and good quality. The resort's location is convenient for reaching Pollença and Alcudia via bus or taxi, though walking isn’t ideal due to the busy road. Thankfully, road noise was not an issue during our stay. Although we are not cyclists, the resort seemed to cater exceptionally well to them, as we noticed many cyclists staying there.

The Son Grua Agroturismo is not only perfectly located in the North-East of Mallorca, but it is also an exceptionally beautiful place to unwind and reconnect with oneself. The accommodation is full of charm and history, setting it apart from other hotels. The rooms, pool area, and three dining spaces are modern while maintaining a delightful charm. The kindness, proactivity, and attentiveness of the staff truly deserve mention. They went above and beyond, even accommodating food intolerances or last-minute requests. The food, whether it’s à la carte breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is well-prepared, made with local, fresh, and delicious ingredients. ❤️ We absolutely plan to return and will recommend this gem to our loved ones. I visited the hotel and Puerto Pollensa for the first time this month with my wife, staying for ten nights, and had an amazing experience overall. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, doing everything to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. As an intermediate Spanish speaker, they even assisted me in improving my vocabulary, which was much appreciated. I've promised to be more fluent on my next visit! While our stay was wonderful, we felt there were a few areas that could be improved, though these are just personal opinions and not criticisms of the staff as a whole. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely Margo, who offered us a glass of rosé prosecco—a delightful touch. Due to my Crohn's disease, we were kindly given early access to our room, which was much appreciated. However, the downside was having to carry our cases, weighing 22kg each, and hand luggage up four flights of stairs. A concierge service would have been incredibly helpful. Surprisingly, our third-floor room had no elevator access, which made the climb of 4x8 steps tiresome in the heat, especially as we are in our early and mid-50s. This situation could pose even greater challenges for older guests or those with mobility issues. A single access lift, potentially placed at the front or rear of the stairs, would be a valuable improvement. The hotel itself is spotless. Our pool-view suite on the third floor was very clean, featuring a balcony overlooking the pool with beautiful mountain views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom included a full-length mirror. The suite also had a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and hairdryer. However, the provided steamer wasn't very effective, especially for linen clothing. I requested an iron at the reception, but it ended up burning my shirt and catching fire! Shockingly, the smoke alarms did not activate despite the room filling with smoke. I had to unplug the iron immediately and place it outside on the balcony table while it smoked. On the positive side, the shower was excellent, supplying shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was overall excellent, though the air conditioning could be cooler. Cleaning services were provided every other day, which was sufficient. The pool itself is beautiful, equipped with amenities for guests with disabilities or mobility challenges. However, we felt the atmosphere around the pool was lacking. With permission from other guests, we played our own music, which was very well received—many enjoyed some '70s and '80s feel-good songs. While a DJ plays late on Wednesday afternoons, we believe daily music and possibly pool activities like volleyball could enhance the atmosphere. Guests also suggested that complimentary snacks or drinks occasionally would be a nice touch. Sunbeds were generally easy to secure, as long as you got up before 8 AM. The poolside facilities, including the toilets, were immaculate and conveniently close. The bar and restaurant areas are excellent, and both the food and drinks are of high quality. Although we were on a half-board plan, we only dined in twice during our stay—the BBQ night being one of them—as we wanted to explore Puerto Pollensa’s incredible dining options. What we did eat at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. Breakfast offered an expansive selection that catered to all dietary preferences, including freshly prepared omelets, which were wonderful. One concern that stood out to us was the lack of security regarding non-guests using the facilities. We witnessed a small group of young women, joined daily by three or four friends, using the sun loungers and even having breakfast despite not being hotel guests. This went on for about five days, and we noticed they were never approached or challenged. While evening meals required confirmation of your room number, breakfast did not. Introducing colored wristbands with the dates of stay could help prevent this and offer better overall security for guests' peace of mind. Additionally, there were instances where towels were left on loungers for hours by people who were clearly off-site, preventing residents from using them. Fortunately, on some days, these towels were removed after a certain period, which is the right thing to do. Despite the few negatives mentioned, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked a return visit—this time reserving a Junior Suite on the first floor with lift access to avoid the previous challenges. As for Puerto Pollensa itself, the area is simply stunning! The pine walks, harbor, square, and surrounding areas are spectacular, offering so much to explore. The old town of Pollenca is a must-visit, with its magnificent cathedral, the Calvari steps, and charming backstreets filled with delightful restaurants and bars. It's truly magical, and we can’t wait to return. Overall, the hotel provides everything you could want, with staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is special. Addressing some of the minor points we’ve raised would make this wonderful hotel even more exceptional.

We loved everything about this hotel during our 9-night stay on a B&B basis. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, and this level of service continued throughout our stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff, was friendly and accommodating—nothing was ever too much trouble. Our garden view suite was lovely, featuring a large balcony. It was modern, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. (As others have mentioned, it’s a good idea to bring your own tea and coffee.) Breakfast offered a good variety, with the omelettes being some of the best I’ve had on holiday. We also enjoyed a couple of meals at the snack bar, which we found to be of good quality. If you love pools, you’ll be happy to know that sun loungers were always plentiful, no matter the time of day. While we preferred the beach—just a short walk away—loungers there were priced steeply at 21 Euros per day and up to 28 Euros closer to the port. Still, the stunning beaches were worth the occasional splurge. Puerto Pollensa offers a fantastic range of dining options, so you’ll never go hungry. We fell in love with this beautiful resort, which feels more upmarket compared to other areas of Majorca we’ve visited. We’re already planning to return and will definitely stay at the wonderful Eu Bahia Pollensa again.

This was our first holiday as a family of three, traveling with our 6-month-old baby. The hotel’s decor is both elegant and tranquil, and most of the guests were older. We stayed in the apartments and were very impressed with the service. Our requests for support with our baby were promptly addressed. The hotel is situated at the quiet end of the pine walk, about a peaceful 20-minute stroll to the town, which we enjoyed daily with the stroller. Pollensa is stunning, offering excellent food and wine, and we felt truly welcomed as a family. Our baby received lots of attention, and we cherished many unforgettable moments during this special trip.

The drive along this scenic route is a bit winding, but it leads to a free parking area. From there, just a few steps take you to a spectacular beach with truly crystal-clear water and shaded spots under maritime pines. It's absolutely a must-visit! Sunbeds and umbrellas are available as well, though they aren't very affordable.

What an amazing hotel! I honestly can't find any faults. First off, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and working tirelessly throughout the day. The food is excellent, offering a wide variety to suit any craving. There are two pools, and there’s no problem finding a sunbed as there are plenty available. While some guests reserve sunbeds early (a common occurrence everywhere), it’s not an issue. The junior suite boasts modern interiors, is fairly spacious, and includes a small kettle, mini fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Rooms are cleaned daily except on Thursdays and Sundays, and fresh towels are provided. You can also hire sunbed towels for €10, which is refunded when you return them. This hotel is fantastic for families; the entertainment team does an amazing job, especially with the little ones. The location is a bit far from Pollenca town, but the 322 bus across the street takes you directly there for about £1.55. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return for my next holiday!

The Cabolt Pollensa Hotel and Spa is a clean and welcoming place where we had no complaints. From the talented head chef who made a birthday cake for my friend's big day to Maria and her restaurant team, everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Special thanks go to Maria, the head chef (whose name I can't recall), and Miguel, the Restaurant Manager, for making the celebration memorable and for allowing us to decorate the birthday table with banners, balloons, and other festive items. The reception staff were very helpful, suggesting trips, including one we took through the "No Frills" tour company to Vilamoura and Sollier, which turned out to be a great group outing. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly to ensure the hotel and rooms remained spotless. The hotel is more family-oriented, offering plenty of activities for children, but we had no trouble finding sunbeds, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools were popular with our group. Evening entertainment featuring live acts was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed dancing the night away. My one complaint is that the hotel bedrooms have paper-thin walls, which can be bothersome. Guests, especially those with babies or noisy children, caused disturbances with shouting, slamming doors, and even snoring from neighboring rooms that several of us experienced. That issue aside, I highly recommend the hotel. The nearby promenade is lovely for evening walks, with its selection of bars, restaurants, and a beach. For great live bands and dancing, I suggest checking out the Palm Sports Bar next door, which showcased fantastic tribute acts. It's advisable to book ahead as they are quite popular.

I returned this year for my annual stay at Hotel Uyal. It was a bit sad to learn that Sebastian has retired, but he truly deserves it—wishing him all the best! I was delighted to see Juan again; his humor and unique personality always brighten my day. This time, I also made new friends—Cristina, Lucia, Gracia, Alinband, and the lovely reception team. Everyone here works tirelessly and is so welcoming; they truly feel like family now. I eagerly anticipate every visit, and the hotel never lets me down. The food is astounding, offering an abundance of options to suit every taste, and the quality is excellent. While the coffee isn’t my favorite, it’s far from being a problem. The rooms and venue are spotless, with thoughtful minor upgrades made yearly. Still, I love the place just as it is and wouldn’t change a thing. Hotel Uyal stands out as the most elegant in the area, with a serene, adult-focused atmosphere devoid of wild parties or noisy drinking—perfect for my preferences. The beach, conveniently right across the road, is pristine and pleasantly uncrowded, easily the best in the area. On the other hand, the other side near the marina tends to be rocky and busy. The internet access throughout the venue is reliable, and the building next door features a rooftop terrace with stunning bay views. There’s also a gym and spa available, though I’ve yet to use them—perhaps next time! For me, Hotel Uyal remains the ultimate choice in Majorca, and I look forward to returning 😊.

This hotel is a charming 35-room boutique property nestled in a serene northern Majorca area, around 15 minutes from Pollenca Port and about an hour's drive from Palma Airport. The resort features small inlets and beaches that, while sometimes crowded, have crystal-clear, turquoise water. The shallow shoreline is perfect for paddling, while the deeper waters are great for swimming. A lifeguard was present during our weekend visit. The small beach, flanked by rocks, offers a view of the nearest peninsula in the distance. We booked late and ended up with a standard room, which lacked a view compared to the seaview rooms or junior suite with terrace showcased on the website. However, the room was spacious, perfectly adequate for sleeping, and came with a large bathroom featuring a generously sized shower with both overhead and handheld fixtures. The bathroom amenities were of good quality. The food at the hotel was excellent, primarily freshly prepared. Breakfast, the most important meal for us, included a buffet and a selection of hot dishes, which were fantastic. We also had lunch at the hotel once, and it was equally delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering advice on activities and restaurant recommendations for our trips to Pollenca Port, Alucudia, and Pollenca town. Not having a car wasn't an issue, as they conveniently arranged taxis for us. This isn’t a big resort, but it’s perfect if you’re seeking a quieter, high-quality stay in a lovely hotel. Every evening, we enjoyed walking around the local area, admiring the houses. In summary, this is a delightful spot in a tranquil part of the island, featuring outstanding service and excellent food.

Calvario is nestled in the old town of Pollença, on Mallorca Island. It’s a quaint little church perched atop roughly 300 stairs. I visited with my 9-year-old daughter and climbed up. The experience was delightful, and the views of the old town from up there were stunning. The church, originally built in the 18th Century, underwent restoration in the 19th Century, and the stairs were constructed toward the end of the same century. Sadly, the site is often crowded with tourists.
