The resort enjoys a great location, just a short bus ride away from Alcudia and Pollenca. The setting is picturesque, featuring bungalow-style villas surrounded by ponds and gardens, with a central pool offering plenty of sun beds and a serene view of palm trees. The food was fantastic, with excellent buffet options and an all-inclusive selection at the poolside café bar. The café bar staff had great attitudes, and Hector, the man in the buggy, deserves special recognition. He was always friendly and polite, truly a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the check-in staff, who were mostly unhelpful and failed to provide even basic service. We had an issue with our family room lacking air conditioning despite the nearly 40°C heat. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the check-in staff made me feel embarrassed in front of my family and other guests, treating my concerns as trivial. My daughter could’ve been unwell if I hadn’t insisted on getting a room with functioning air conditioning. That being said, the resort still offers great amenities like lovely pools and a relaxing atmosphere with thoughtful touches. A couple of tips: put the "make my room" tab on the door for cleaning and don’t forget mosquito repellent—we didn’t get a single bite thanks to using spray every night. The location, set on the edge of a stunning nature reserve, is breathtaking. We spotted pink flamingos flying by and enjoyed the dark skies filled with stars in the evening. Despite being a bit pricey, the overall experience was lovely. If the check-in process had been improved, it would have been outstanding.

Our well-traveled family, accustomed to 4 and 5-star resorts, cruising, and trips to Italy, was seriously impressed by this calm and friendly hotel. Trust me, it’s well worth the taxi ride. We’ll definitely be returning! (Family: Mum, Dad, 15-year-old boy, 10-year-old girl.) We stayed in a mountain view room for a quieter experience instead of the ground floor poolside option, which is great for families with babies (baby facilities available for request). Music stops at 10:30 p.m., but it's loud, so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The large pool has a shallow section and a baby pool. A swim chair for babies is helpful since the baby pool is about two feet deep. Recycled float devices are available, so no need to pack extras. The on-site shop offers bakery items, affordable beer, and water for just 50p. Lunch at the cafe is delightful, with reasonably priced drinks and €7 cocktails for self-caterers. On an evening, I recommend trying the Bramble—it’s amazing, thanks to the hardworking, skilled bartenders. The cleaning staff deserves high praise—everywhere is spotless. The rooms feature memory foam beds with pristine sheets. Kids slept on a large sofa bed, but note that the big gaps in the sofa bed can be hazardous for toddlers, so padding might be necessary. In 15 years of travel, no perfect sofa bed has been found – but that’s no one’s fault! The restaurant food is outstanding—some of the best we’ve had, and we’ve been on 5-star cruises. Exceptional service and an incredibly talented head chef; we even told him so. The butter machine is a quirky touch. Fresh fruit is perfect—no mushy or bruised pieces. If you dine there, bring a bottle for the kids’ drinks and enjoy the added ice bucket. Coffee is excellent, even for a self-proclaimed coffee snob. Bathrooms were clean with good showers, though minor wear and tear like loose mirrors could use attention—but that’s just nitpicking. The air conditioning was blissful, and along with the comfy beds and luxurious pillows, I slept like a baby. Don’t forget those earplugs if you're sensitive to sound! Parents: Check out the spa for a 20-minute escape. Use it as an opportunity to trade off relaxing moments. Trust me, let mum go first! For dining out, download the taxi app and take a trip to Pollenca. The markets are wonderful for exploring, and our favorite dinner experience was capped with 6 p.m. cocktails at Boney Bar – don’t miss the fun disco toilet!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Club del Sol in Mallorca and had another fantastic week! We stayed as a family of five, including grandparents and our 3-year-old, and everything was perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean, the rooms were roomy, and the food was exceptional — fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Amanda in the restaurant. She was so sweet with our daughter, who adored seeing her each day! Our little one especially enjoyed the pools and the evening mini disco, which was a definite highlight for her. It was a wonderful family holiday, and we’d gladly return in the future!

The hotel stands out for its prime beachfront location. The interior, with its bright and welcoming tones, sets the perfect vacation mood right away. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service across all areas—from the reception to the bar and breakfast team, and even the housekeeping staff, all were helpful and kind. Breakfast is consistently restocked discreetly, always fresh and abundant. The bar and lunch snack options offer plenty of variety for everyone. We were thoroughly pleased with the location, amenities, and staff, which made for a truly enjoyable vacation. The air conditioning in the rooms is excellent, maintaining a pleasant temperature without drafts or noise. The beds are also very comfortable. The rooftop "pool" is quite small and doesn't fully deserve the name, while the pool behind the house lacks charm and feels overly warm due to its enclosed surroundings. However, the hotel's direct beach access is a major plus, allowing easy use of the beach loungers and refreshing swims in the sea.

We had the most amazing stay at Hoposa Pollentia and truly couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel is stunning, perfectly located right on the seafront with beautiful views, and has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The staff made our stay even more special — everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our holiday. A special shoutout goes to Eli in the breakfast area, who was fantastic. She greeted us warmly every morning, always with a smile, and was incredibly helpful. She’s a real credit to the hotel and made our mornings delightful. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, the hotel was spotless, and the entire experience felt relaxing and special from start to finish. We were genuinely sad to leave and would highly recommend Hoposa Pollentia to anyone visiting Puerto Pollença. We’d absolutely stay again. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay! 🤍

Location was excellent, less than 100 meters from the beach. We could relax on our pool loungers and easily head over to the beach for a swim—truly the best of both worlds. The vibe around the hotel was calm and chilled, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious. This year, we booked separate rooms from the kids, which allowed us to be on the same floor but with two rooms apart. Christina was amazing, arranging to move our rooms upon arrival to ease my mind since the kids are teenagers. Our rooms faced the beach, which was ideal 😍. The noise level was minimal, and the walk to town filled with restaurants and shops was just 15 minutes away. We found it to be great value, booking a package deal through easyJet holidays on a half-board basis. The food was lovely, and breakfast ended up being the kids' favorite meal. Additionally, we hired a car for a few days to explore towns and visit cliffs for snorkeling.

We really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. Our one-bedroom apartment had a lovely view of the pond areas. The hotel pools were excellent, and sunbeds were always available. The children absolutely loved the evening disco and the entertainer, who was amazing with the kids. We also visited Pollensa old town, which we highly recommend—it’s beautiful and easy to reach. We’re sad to leave but definitely plan to return!

Hotel Llenaire offers the perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, authenticity, and service. The spacious and immaculate rooms come with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including daily replenished fridge water, pool towels, robes, and slippers. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The terrace overlooking Pollença Bay is a real highlight; shaded by trees, it remains cool even during the hottest hours while providing stunning views. The pool is also excellent, with enough lounge chairs for all guests. The restaurant serves high-quality meals, featuring different menus for lunch and dinner. Though wasps occasionally appeared when food was served outside, dining indoors solved the issue. Room service is available too, which is ideal for families with kids. We appreciated the historical charm of the property, with family portraits and authentic furniture creating a warm, homely environment. Overall, Hotel Llenaire truly feels like a home away from home, and we look forward to returning someday!

Just returned from a week here with my husband and our kids (11 and 13). I was delighted by how nice the apartments were. They’re compact—particularly the kitchen—but fully functional, and the sofa beds were great for the kids. We stayed in a ground-floor apartment (Room 2), which was the only option available. It turned out to be perfect for easy pool access, and I’d recommend ground-floor rooms for families. The complex was peaceful, and we often had the pool all to ourselves. The beach is also right across the road. The terrace exceeded expectations, with a table and chairs, a large double sunbed, and a cantilever parasol. The newly planted hedges will add more privacy as they grow. Reception staff were warm and extremely helpful during our stay. There’s no shortage of restaurants along the way into town, so you can either eat close by or explore farther. The only drawback was the unreliable Wi-Fi—we often had to go to reception to get a good connection. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d gladly recommend it.

Stayed as a group of six for 10 nights in Villa Val Den Marc, situated about 6km from Old Town Pollensa. The villa is nestled at the head of a valley, surrounded on three sides by breathtaking mountain views. Its secluded location provides a tranquil and picturesque setting. With four ensuite bedrooms and an additional downstairs toilet/shower—perfect for quick access from the pool area—it is well-equipped for comfort. Air conditioning in all bedrooms was a plus. The management by Sealand was helpful, promptly replacing a broken kettle and remaining accessible when needed. Cleaning was done once during the stay, and the pool was serviced twice. Wildlife added to the charm: we spotted wild goats, a feral cat with kittens, pine martens, and raptors soaring above the mountains. As with many rental properties, some items and furniture showed signs of wear, and ants were persistent. Bringing sealable containers for food worked well to keep them at bay. For supplies, the Pollensa Shopping Centre near Lidl on the main road proved very convenient—it seemed to have everything one might need. Given the villa’s location, a car is essential; Roig came highly recommended. Dining was delightful, with memorable meals in the port at IRU and El Casinet—don’t miss the Tumbe—and in the old town at Marina and Cantonet.

This was our second time visiting Club del Sol after our first stay last year. Traveling as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 4), we stayed self-catering for 10 nights during the first week of the UK summer holidays. Once again, we had a fantastic holiday here. If you're considering booking, go for it—you won’t be disappointed. Any minor issues we encountered didn’t affect our overall experience. We’d happily return. · *Food & Drinks** Although we opted for self-catering, we ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening buffet offered a good variety of fresh, high-quality food. However, at €26 per adult (children pay half), it felt a bit pricey, especially when nearby spots along Pine Walk offer comparable meals for similar or lower prices. That said, the convenience of eating on-site was sometimes worth it. The à la carte pool bar/restaurant was outstanding for lunch. Their pizzas were among the best we had during our trip, and the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri was a standout cocktail. Every morning, we picked up pastries from the on-site shop for breakfast. Highly recommend the €1.75 cinnamon rolls—they were amazing! Nearby restaurant recommendations include Riyans Thai (off Pine Walk), Can Josep (a 10-15 minute walk), and Bahia, which has a stunning sea view, delicious food, and staff who were great with our kids. On one evening, we tried the on-site Hideaway restaurant, but we were a bit disappointed as the food was not great. However, their lunchtime sandwiches and wraps were delicious and reasonably priced. Perfect for a quick and convenient snack. · *Pools** The pools were clean and well-kept, and the sun loungers were comfortable. Despite it being the first week of the UK school holidays, the resort never felt overcrowded. The main pool had a lively atmosphere, and the splash pool almost always had free loungers. Like at many resorts, sunbed reserving was prevalent. To secure a good spot, I got into the habit of heading out around 7:00 a.m., setting our towels down, and staying with a coffee and book while my family slept. It became a favorite part of my day, watching the sunrise. Unfortunately, some guests reserved beds but didn’t use them—one family even left their towels down overnight without ever using the loungers, which felt unfair. Still, with plenty of sunbeds available, you shouldn’t have trouble finding a spot if you’re flexible or only need a couple. · *Room** We stayed in Block 4, which we had requested during booking. It was ideally located near the main pool, making it easy to access the room for snacks or breaks from the sun. We faced some minor maintenance issues that the hotel quickly resolved. For example, the TV wasn’t working upon arrival but was fixed almost immediately. The air conditioning was noisy, but maintenance promptly repaired it after we reported the problem. The room layout suited our family well, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area—perfect for our young children. However, as the kids get older, we might opt for a larger apartment or two rooms in the future. We noticed a few tiny red ants, but this is expected in hotter climates. Reception was quick to have the room treated. · *Entertainment** The entertainment team was brilliant once again, especially Maurice. They were energetic, great with the kids, and created a fun atmosphere. Activities ran throughout the day, including aqua dancing, pizza making, and football games. They even had a hair-braiding specialist and horse rides on certain days. Our kids loved the mini disco every evening from 8:15-8:45 p.m., though it was pretty simple. This was followed by adult entertainment from 9-10 p.m., with the bubble show being a highlight. After 10 p.m., things quieted down, which suited us. · *Location** The hotel is just outside Puerto Pollensa, but don’t let that discourage you. It’s about a 35-40 minute seafront walk to the center, which is enjoyable if you like walking. Alternatively, a bus stops right outside the hotel, reaching the port in 5-10 minutes. Walking with our 8-year-old and a buggy was manageable, and we often took a bus or taxi back. The beach opposite the hotel is pebbly, so we didn’t spend much time there. However, nearby Tamarells Beach and the small bays of Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa are stunning. They offer soft golden sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for kids and snorkeling. · *What We Did During Our Stay** The local area has plenty to offer. Some of our favorite outings included: · **Formentor Boat Trip:** A highlight of our holiday, featuring stunning turquoise waters and breathtaking scenery. Perfect for snorkeling. · **Cala Sant Vicenç:** We took the bus there and rented a kayak for €20 an hour to explore the coves. This was a fun and unique way to experience the coastline, with great snorkeling spots. · **Pollença Old Town:** A great destination for a cooler or cloudy day. We loved wandering the charming streets, visiting shops and cafés, and climbing the Calvari Steps for fantastic views. · **Alcúdia Old Town:** Slightly larger than Pollença, it has many restaurants, historic streets, and castle walls to explore. · **Boat Trip to Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor:** This was another scenic outing. The boat offered a swim stop at Cala Sant Vicenç before heading to Formentor. We chose to spend time on the beach before catching a later boat back. · *Overall Experience** Club del Sol remains one of our favorite family holiday destinations. We’re so glad we decided to return and would happily visit again.

We have visited Uyal for the past four years, and it has never failed to impress! The location is perfect, with a pleasant walk along the promenade to the square, surrounded by numerous nearby restaurants. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner we had there one evening was equally delightful. The hotel itself is stunning, exceptionally tranquil, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. Walking in immediately puts you in holiday mode! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Cristina, Juan, and Javier at reception. Additionally, having drinks brought to your sunbeds by the waiting staff adds a lovely touch. Our room was both spacious and clean, featuring a nice shared terrace—although the balcony rooms are absolutely fantastic! We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a lovely two-week stay at Uyal, staying in two side sea view rooms. One of the rooms (Room 363) had a massive balcony furnished with two sun loungers and a table with chairs. The only complaint came from my wife, as there was no mirror above the vanity table, but this minor issue didn’t spoil our stay. The rooms were serviced every day. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast was beautiful with lots of variety, including a chef cooking eggs to order. One night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel—it had an Italian theme, with plenty of choices, and it was excellent. The location was perfect for the beach, which was directly across the road and included a great chiringuito where you could grab lunch or dinner. The weather was great, though very humid at night, which made the walk to the center a bit tiring. However, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

The Hoposa Uyal boasts excellent staff, particularly Christina and Alina, along with beautiful rooms and wonderful sea views. The location is ideal, just across from the beach and not too far from Pine Walk, though it’s quite a stroll at 4,000 steps each way! The food was enjoyable, but the menu felt repetitive, as the same dishes were served during the second week of our two-week stay. Evening entertainment was delightful, especially the flamenco dancers, creating a great ambiance throughout the hotel. The pool areas were clean, with adult-only sections that we appreciated. On market day, it was hard to find a sunbed due to reserved spots, but this wasn’t an issue otherwise. Overall, the hotel remains fantastic from previous visits, though rising prices may impact a return next year. We’d still love to come back!

During our holiday in Mallorca, we took a boat trip along the coast to Formentor Beach. The journey itself was unforgettable, offering a unique perspective of the stunning coastline and the turquoise waters. On arriving at Formentor Beach, we had the chance to spend some time enjoying this beautiful spot. The beach enchanted us immediately—its crystal-clear water glimmered in shades of blue and turquoise. Snorkeling was a delight, as the underwater visibility was excellent and we observed numerous fish. We were especially captivated by the peace and natural beauty of the location. Unfortunately, due to the schedule of the excursion, our time at the beach was limited. We would have loved to stay a few hours longer to fully soak in the serene atmosphere. If we ever return to Mallorca, renting a car and visiting Formentor Beach is definitely on our list. This special place exudes tranquility and is perfect for relaxing. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Mallorca.

An amazing beach—try visiting before 10 a.m. for peace and tranquility. The ferry arrives after 11 a.m., so it starts getting crowded then. The sole restaurant is decent, but we typically head back to Viva Golf in Alcudia for lunch instead.

It's wonderful to unwind under the pines and enjoy the warm, shallow water. However, if you’re arriving by ferry, be ready to secure a spot as bus travelers will likely have arrived before you. There are multiple options for food and drinks at varying price points, from the cafeteria (Eposito, if I recall correctly) or the table-service Veranda, to the beachfront restaurant Llum I Sel near Four Seasons. You’ll also find fruit vendors roaming the beach with pineapples, coconuts, and watermelons, as well as a small shop near the main dock for beach essentials if you forget anything. We stayed for about 3 hours, which was perfect for relaxing in the heat. For reference, sunbed pricing as of 03/08/26: €35 per sunbed, €80 for two sunbeds and a parasol. We didn’t use the sunbeds and opted to lay our towels in a shady area further down, like most people do!

Playa Formentor is undoubtedly one of the most stunning beaches I’ve ever seen. Its serene vibe, gorgeous views, and crystal-clear turquoise waters make it an ideal spot for unwinding. Words can hardly do justice to how breathtaking this place is. The calm, transparent water is perfect for swimming or snorkelling. If you're a sea and nature lover, you’ll instantly fall for it. The beachfront restaurant offers tasty food and great coffee at reasonable prices, especially since it’s the sole dining option nearby. It’s the type of beach you could visit daily and never grow tired of. Arriving by boat adds an extra special touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay as a family, including our 7-year-old, 4-year-old twins, and grandparents. Overall, it’s a great hotel for young children, offering excellent facilities and a fantastic location. The pool area, splash pool, playground, and sports courts kept the kids entertained daily. The animation team deserves special praise — they were energetic but not over-the-top. Our kids loved the mini disco, which was a standout for them, and the evening entertainment was generally very good as well. I used the gym a few times; while it’s not the largest, it has everything you need for a decent holiday workout, including a studio-like space for stretches. However, it definitely lacks decent air conditioning! The location is terrific, with direct and easy access to a beautiful beach. The shallow, warm sea was ideal for young children and had lifeguards on duty for added peace of mind. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which made exploring the island convenient. I recommend visiting the old town either in the morning or evening to avoid the extreme heat. It’s also just about a 15-minute stroll into Puerto Pollensa, where you’ll find numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and ice cream stops. We appreciated the small playgrounds along the beachfront, which helped keep the kids entertained during evening walks. The rooms are somewhat small, as many reviews mentioned, and this was particularly noticeable since we traveled with children. We stayed in a Superior Room on the 8th floor, enjoying fantastic views. However, the balcony ended up as storage space for suitcases and the buggy. Being on the 8th floor occasionally meant waiting for the lift, though it was never a significant issue. While the air conditioning was passable, it struggled to handle the 35°C+ heat despite adjustments to the controls. We did encounter a problem with the fridge, but the hotel quickly replaced it that same morning. Amenities like a kettle, tea, coffee, and water were provided initially, although you had to request milk replacements, which seemed a bit inconvenient. Also, the small Nespresso pods were not replenished after the initial four, so you might want to bring extras if you enjoy them. The all-inclusive drinks were very good. Options like San Miguel lager, local beers, wines, and spirits were included, served in generous measures and large plastic cups during the day. The sangria reportedly was great as well! Children also had a good variety of drinks, including fruit juices and slushies. The food was our main disappointment. While we understand all-inclusive buffets can cater to broad tastes, compared to similar hotels, the offerings here felt repetitive. The restaurant was busy, with regular queues for certain food stations. Pork featured frequently in different forms. Though the staff were friendly and hardworking, the children’s options were often repetitive — hot dogs, pizza, and dry, overcooked nuggets were common. Dishes from the main buffet, like pasta and meatballs, were occasionally too salty or garlicky for the kids. Breakfast, however, was excellent, with plenty of variety every morning. If we returned, we’d likely book bed and breakfast and pay for the evening buffet once or twice, which seemed reasonably priced. Overall, we had a lovely holiday. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly, and it was enjoyable to meet families from various nationalities. We’d absolutely return to Puerto Pollensa in the future. Though we might explore other hotels next time, staying here again wouldn’t be ruled out.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right across from a spacious beach. Overall, the facilities are impressive. The pool is lovely, and the atmosphere is peaceful with calm guests. There are very few French visitors. The buffet is decent and offers a good variety. It's a great option for visiting Mallorca. Tourist spots are not far away, with a maximum drive of 1 hour and 30 minutes if you want to explore places like the Formentor lighthouse or Soller by rental car.

We stayed from 28th July to 4th August 2026, and the hotel was lovely—just perfect for our family of three. Our deluxe studio with a rooftop spa bath area was incredible; we enjoyed our own private spot to sunbathe and cool off. While we didn’t use the pool, the kids there seemed to be having a great time, and there were no "sunbed wars" to worry about! The small bar served drinks and snacks, with indoor and outdoor seating, plus a pool table and vending machine. Our room was cleaned every other day with fresh towels provided. It was equipped with self-catering facilities and even had two fridges—one in the room and another on the roof terrace. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-located base with a relaxing vibe, this is the place for you. Puerto Pollensa was beautiful, and we’ll definitely be back! We also traveled with Jet2, and everything went smoothly with them too.

The top floor featured extras like extra seating, a second fridge, and a hot tub. · Comfort & Kitchen: The apartment is simple but very cozy, and the kitchen is decently equipped with utensils. · Surprise Perks: The shower worked well, and the hairdryer provided was exceptionally good—rare for holiday rentals! · The Pool: Though small, the pool was pleasant, and the lifeguard was both friendly and proactive about discouraging annoying towel-hogging behavior. The Standout Staff: The reception team is delightful, and we’d return just for them! · Frances: A heartfelt thank you for your helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. · Xisco: Thank you for your endless patience and warm demeanor. You both are fantastic representatives of Las Velas! · Bonus Hotel Access: Guests can make use of the gym and enjoy evening entertainment at the nearby Cabot Hotel & Spa, which also shines with great service. We’d love to come back!

This was our second visit to the hotel, which had been refurbished since our last stay. We booked three rooms—two in the old building and one in the annex—and all of them were lovely, spacious, and equipped with pretty decent air conditioning. The standout feature of the hotel is its outdoor space, offering a great selection of seating and sunbeds, which were always readily available. The pool area was delightful, and we also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and dipping pool several times, which offered a refreshing change and stunning views. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were absolutely superb. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, with all staff being friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Puerto Pollensa is truly stunning, with its charming small beaches along the pine walk, its old buildings, and the authentic feel of the area. Rooms have been recently upgraded and include a large king bed and a spacious pull-out sofa bed complete with a cozy mattress. The pool area near the main building is notably deep at 2.5m, providing lots of fun for both kids and adults, and there’s also a shallow kids’ pool available. The water in both the pool and the sea felt like a soothing bath at this time of year. A mix of nationalities stayed here, with plenty of English guests, which made it easier for our children to make friends. Floaties were allowed in the pool, much to the kids’ excitement, and music added to the lively atmosphere throughout the day. Drinks and food were very budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Luciano, the entertainment coordinator, was absolutely outstanding with his vibrant energy and entertaining personality. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a serious ant issue in the room, with ants visibly trekking through the ceiling, into cupboards, and even all over the towels in the bathroom, which made storing food quite challenging. The cleanliness overall was inconsistent, with room cleaning being limited to quick surface wipe-downs. We only had cleaning services on about four of the seven days we stayed. In addition, some areas around the pool felt less clean than expected. Despite these issues, they didn’t greatly impact our holiday experience. It was a fantastic trip in total. While the hotel is solid, it might be closer to a 3-3.5 star rating.

Very quiet and serene. This place has been with the same family for five generations, and you can sense the history. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, offering an enchanting view of the mountains. Be sure to dine here—the food is excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for a week starting July 26 as a couple with our 9-year-old son, and we absolutely loved it! We opted to add breakfast upon arrival for about £193 for the week for the three of us. It turned out to be fantastic value. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice—loved the juice selection and coffee machine, and our son especially enjoyed the churros! The pastries were always fresh and delicious, and my husband appreciated the omelette station. Our double room with a pool view initially disappointed me because the balcony, located in a corner with a big tree blocking the view, seemed less than ideal. However, I soon grew to appreciate the privacy (room 124). The room itself was modern, exceptionally clean, and had a brilliant walk-in shower, though the lack of drawer space was a slight drawback. The hotel overall was very well-maintained. I often noticed several staff members cleaning the lobby every morning. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were always friendly. We tried the nachos and pizza for lunch on a couple of occasions and found them delicious, with good quality and value. If you're seeking a hotel with flashy entertainment, this wouldn’t be the right fit. Instead, the pool and bar area offered a relaxed, chilled atmosphere—no loud music—which was perfect for our son, who has autism and struggles with chaotic, noisy environments. It was easy to find sunbeds at the pool at almost any time, and the pool opening hours (starting at 10 a.m.) meant most guests came down after breakfast, avoiding the usual rush. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, yet within a delightful 20-minute walk to Pollenca’s main action. Since we enjoy evening walks, this was ideal for us. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the larger part of the beach, away from the crowded areas. A supermarket just 5 minutes away made everything even more convenient. We usually don’t revisit the same hotel twice, but we’re already planning to book again next year because it ticks all our boxes! The air conditioning in the rooms was incredible—considering the heatwave, being able to control it was a lifesaver, so big thanks for that! Book this hotel if you’re into relaxing, laid-back vibes! A mix of various nationalities at the hotel added to the pleasant atmosphere—unlike the "Brits abroad" all-inclusive scene, which isn’t to our taste.
