Shopping - Missiones, the best mall in the city, is just few minutes away

Discover Amsterdam during a marathon
A fun way to discover a city is to run a marathon. The TCS Amsterdam Marathon takes place annually in October.
Around 45,000 runners take part in this international marathon, which is known for its fast and attractive course with start and finish in the Olympic Stadium, through the Vondelpark and under the Rijksmuseum.
In addition to the classic distance, the Mizuno Half Marathon, TCS 8 km and two events for youth are on the program. A real challenge for young and old!

A park that gives you multiple options on using the different exercise equipments available and a running track. I really enjoy going there on the weekends to get my work out done for the day as I would usually bring my own yoga mat along as there is ample space for me to do my body workout.
Sometimes there dance and exercise classes held at this park and you may join as its free.

Beautiful City Botanic Gardens Brisbane
Found an amazing running route in Botanic gardens located in brisbane City. The botanic gardens also runs along the brisbane River which makes the run a very breathtaking, scenic one.
Especially in the morning, the park is filled with runners and cyclists with both path specially separated. The city boantic garden is city's orignal garden, there are several attractions to visit like the bamboo Grove with a collection of species of bamboo, cannons, sculptures, ormantel ponds, river frontage and even a fountain for photo taking sessions. The botanic garden isn't very very huge but it's running and cycling routes do extend with the river giving it a very nice route to be on.

Luwan Stadium 🇨🇳 Shanghai
Luwan Stadium is between Jianguo road and Zhaojiabang road with access both sides.
A great spot for an early morning or late night workout.
In the stadium there is a running track, football pitch, Athletics facilities, bowling alley, tennis courts, table tennis and much more.
The cost to use the running track is nothing, but all the other facilities generally need to be booked in advance.
Fitfam Shanghai do run morning HIIT workouts on the football field ealry in the morning for free too.
For those runners who like to be competitive, the Strava and Nike run scores are in there numbers so you'll have plenty of times to race against.

come here ard 5 to 530pm if you can as the park at night though well-lit can be dark at some sections.
1 round in the park is about 2.5km and the wonderful thing about this place is that its veey convenient as it is so close to silom and 3 bus stops down, u can be at Central world. i had a hearty meal at the nearby pratunam chicken rice across from Central world.
in the park itself , if u do not fancy running, there is always a chance to do the swan pedal ride.. though so 80s, its still a hit with the locals and tourists cos its so easy and fun to do. #park #running#jogging

I run, you run, we run. This is a very safe place to run at night.
Entrance fee is only RM2.00 and i can run around the track for hours while watching football players practising on the field.

very nice view and a great place to go when you need to go for your run. with lots to eat as well
if you are looking for a place to gather with your friends or go for McDonald’s or a cup of coffee, you should go to East Coast park. especially on the weekends where you can go rent a bicycle or skates and exercise with your friends and family.
