Kastellet Fort is one of my favourite place in Copenhagen for getting away from hustle and the bustles city centre. It's so calm and peaceful here spend your mornings walking down the gardens or jog along. The last windmill in Copenaghen and is located in Kastellet. The structure is similar to the dutch windmills, and it dates back to the 1600s. Kastellet in Copenhagen is one of the best preserved star fortresses in Northern Europe. Once you can enter the garden you’ll find a few buildings like a church, today it is a very important historic place in Denmark with a beautifully preserved public park. Spend a Delightful Day of Hiking
Penang National Park is located at the northwest corner of Penang island. There are two main tracks in this national park which are the track to Pantai Kerachut and the track to Teluk Duyung. If we trek to Kerachut Beach, we have the chance to see two layers of water in Lake Meromiktik if we are lucky. While if we trek to Teluk Duyung which is also known as Monkey Beach, we go down the forest track by the sea and can continue trekking to Muka Head Lighthouse. This small park is worth the visit, a small triangle squeezed between three roads yet still peaceful and an enjoyable place to relax. The park is popular with retired locals, and seasoned musicians among them gather in the afternoon at the center gazebo to play folk songs and other selections from Cantonese opera. Along the southern edge of the park, men gather to play Chinese chess and dissect each other’s games.

Outside the city limits, it was a favorite place for picnics. Although situated in built-up, bustling suburbs, this is a quiet retreat in the north of Macau, next to the New Protestant Cemetery. The name 'russa' comes from the Chinese word for a snail, which describes the small spiral path that winds up to the top of the hill. The garden has secluded benches much favoured by lovers, and an impressive concentration of many different tropical and European trees, all carefully labeled in Latin and Chinese. There is an excellent indoor/outdoor Portuguese restaurant in a garden near the entrance. Its early beginnings are connected to a campaign, led in the 1869's, to improve the environment of Macau. The forestation of this hill coincided with that of the Guia hill and the creation of gardens throughout the city. An artificial elevation in the form of a spiral characterizes this garden.

The longest canopy bridge in the world
Located about 1.7 km from Wildlife HQ, you can reach the site, 20 - 45 min trekking or 5 - 10 min by boat. The structure spans the tree and is connected by trunks from beginning to end. From the top of the platform, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the National Park, flora and fauna. This canopy walk suspension bridge is the longest suspension bridge on a tree in the world - 550 meters long and 40 meters high from the ground. The canopy trail is under the full supervision of the wildlife department. Rules and regulations are imposed to ensure the safety of tourists. Between the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century, English merchants and botanists invited by him visited the Luís de Camões Garden to collect plants and take them to be planted in the Royal Botanical Gardens of Kew. in London, England. Since then, some of the species introduced in Macao with these exchanges began to grow naturally, with the Luís de Camões Garden becoming almost a botanical garden that records the history of exchanges between China and the West. Among the plants in the Garden of Luís de Camões, we can find the exotic red acacia (Delonix regia), a species of tree native to Madagascar and of which it can be considered the most representative. The place where the Jardim de Luís de Camões is located was formerly known as Colina da Fénix, as the red acacias placed there had leaves whose appearance resembled the feathers of a phoenix, hence the name "phoenix tree" in Chinese. That's how this designation came about, Macau being most likely the first place where the red acacia began to be part of the Chinese landscape.

But you also can buy Rm10 for 250 grams. You also can rent bicycle to go around the yard. The scenery was so good and beautiful. You can see the plants, touch the fruits. Please be careful not to step on them or climb. 📌📕2nd out of town trip this year is soooo awesommmmmeeee! I want to stay for sure but reality wouldn't let me so i'll just have to share a few snaps (from the hundreds i took) and hoping to get others to try and goooo "explore the world" and breaattthhheee! From my unwritten list of my "to travel places" Albany, West Australia is now 🔓. ✏️This Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk is living to its name and is incredibly huugggeee! I am a bit scared to see the bottom because the walkway is moving (just a bit nothing to worry about🤣) but i still braved and took a loooooot of pictures (please check all other posts as sometimes sequence might not be up to how it should be). 💁‍♀️ According to valleyofthegiants website this treetop has been up there for about 25yrs now, cool!!! Still looks so new and more upgrades are on its way😎. -OPEN DAILY 900 to 1700hours 🌏What to see: 👁️ -Giant Red Tingle Trees (Eucalyptus Jacksonii) mostly found in this area only (worldwide) and usually 8-25 metres (26-148ft) with a circumference of up to 24 metres (79ft).The tallest is 52 m (171ft) tall. With over 400yrs of age a few of them are still standing💙. -Grandma Tingle (i have not seen this one as i think it is closed area where some upgrade is being done) -King Tingle that has not been burned inside of its base and towering straight and tall among its gnarled friends around. If traveling in o/r to Thailand, Bueng Kan Province and the North Eastern part of the country should be on your bucket list! There is so much to see and enjoy. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking. Phu Thok will surely be one of your highlight. Spectacular view from the top. The climb is hard but worth it. The wooden stairs and bridge built around thr cliffs taking you to the 7th level is stunning, the 360 degree view is breathtaking. The Victoria Falls: The Smoke that thunders.
We toured on the Zimbabwean side with spectacular views. I really enjoyed the spray from the Victoria falls, world’s largest breathtaking waterfall! The falls are shared by two countries in Southern Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia. There is more to explore in the Victoria falls: The devil’s pool,The Lookout cafe,sunset cruise, flight of the angels, The Boma and dinner drum show just to mention a few. Magnificent Guanyin Goddess of Nanshan! 🇨🇳
The enormous statue of Guanyin Goddess of Nanshan is one of the tallest in the world located in Sanya, Hainan Province. It is a famous attraction in China that you must visit especially if you beleive in Buddhism. The thousands of mini golden statues inisde the temple are one of a kind. Cameras aren't allowed once you enter the temple so I couldn't show you how emmaculate the statues are inside. Very clean and well maintained. One of the best temple that we have entered in Asia and we have been around. So it is worth the money. The temple is surrounded with a massive and beautiful park so you can easily spend your entire day here. Ticket price: Main entrance ticket costs 108 but in order for you to enter the other temple then you have to pay extra. The main Guanyin Statue temple charges 25rmb per person.. So better yet prepare 150-180 in case you wanna see every temple inside that require extra payments . ‼️Tip: 1. Rent an ebike so you can just drive from your hotel. Shimen Catwalk Scenic Area 💕
I’ve traveled to Shimen catwalk scenic area in city Hanzhong in spring, pretty good season for being here. 🌸 The area is big and landscape is so beautiful. 💖 So many wonderful stone sculptures and exquisite figurines of people displayed behind the glass along the way. Perak Cave Temple exploration!
There are more than 30 cave temples in and around Ipoh, Perak Cave Temple, better known as Perak Tong Temple(霹雳洞) is one of the oldest cave temple and frequently visited tourist attraction. This Buddist cave temple was built in 1926, seated within the huge limestone caves of Gunung Tasek, with a cave entrance featuring Buddha statues and painted walls. Beside that, it also offers a gorgeous panoramic view on the top of the hill, it take about 30 minutes hiking on the steep steps. A Picturesque Sightseeing Attraction in Ipoh
Gunung Lang is located in Jalan Kuala Kangsar, only 5 kilometers from Ipoh town and close to the North South Highway exit to Ipoh. It's one of the many limestone mountains in Ipoh, Perak. This previously tin mining sites turned into a recreational area by the Ipoh City Council with collaboration of the Ministry of Tourism in 1999. It holds a recreational park, 3 artificial lakes and a man-made waterfall which atop a limestone hill, cascading down into the lake below. Its all look naturally, the peaceful and picturesque scenic really impressed me! Visitors can take a boat ride(just a couple of minutes) to the recreation park which is located at the opposite side of lake. Just RM3 for aldult and RM1.50 for children/senior citizen. First of all, I recommend you to start hiking from getting to Mother of Georgia. Find steps near Betlemi Chirch and go up ⬆️ After the monument go to the side of Kura river and enjoy the view! Soon you will be next to the next place - Chirch of the St Nicholas. Newly built in 1996–1997, it replaces the original 13th-century church that was destroyed in a fire. Also you will see Narikala fortress. The Sculpture Park of the Chinese Ethnics is located inside the Comendador Ho Yin Garden, right in the middle of the city. The Arts Garden is a long strip of public space found next to Avenida da Amizade, between Dr. Carlos d'Assumpcao Park and the downtown area just in front of the Wynn and Lisboa hotels. Here you can find plenty of park benches, walking paths, flower gardens, a couple of interesting statues and sculpted fountain with a few water spouts, at the end of the garden.

Everywhere becomes a cafe when you bring portable coffee maker, beans, grinder, water-heating stuff etc etc - which is perfect because who doesn’t enjoy a nice brew with a view. Stopped off at the side of the road somewhere in Ganzi County, Sichuan province to enjoy the view of some snow-capped mountains with a nice coffee in hand. May holiday Sichuan escape
Escaped into the mountains in and around Sichuan for the May holiday. Plenty of fresh air, snow, big views and - most importantly for a national holiday- basically zero other people.
