A modern capital city and transportation hub of China’s southern Yunnan province.
💃🏻We loved walking the streets experiencing daily life, and in contrast to other busy cities, this area was tranquil at a time in the morning that gave me a retreat-like feeling.
Then we visited Yuantong Temple (圆通寺) which is one of the oldest Buddhist temples of Kunming. The inside scenery is extremely relaxing and stunning, and the path is lined with a wide variety of flowers and flora.🌿🌳🌸🌻

Experiencing Taiwan's gracious things 🤗🤗
🌟One of the most fascinating parts of visiting a country is learning about the daily lives of the people who live there🌟
🚈 We took a walking tour of the city, visited one of the subways, where we found it a wonderful playground with amazing ceilings, and were fortunate enough to come across a pianist playing a song at the moment.
🤤 We also couldn't pass up the well-known night markets, which feature a wide range of delicious local and traditional dishes. You could easily fill your tummy just by going around the night market.

Interesting wanderings in the Old City 👣👣
We could easily find various attractions while wandering around the town centre. The places is peaceful and was also decorated with colourful and pretty lanterns during its lantern festival. 🎏🪅

🏮Wat Inthakhin (its name in Thai) is a tiny lovely Buddhist temple with traditional Lanna architecture, and located near the Three Kings monument, which stands at an odd angle to the street.
🏮 Wat Saen Muang Ma Luang (Wat Hua Khuang) is a magnificent temple with ornately decorated buildings and located in a large area.

Come when it's Yee Peng time🪅
Three Kings Monument where the statue portrays the three founders of Chiang Mak, is a symbol of city. The venue is a big open square in the middle of the fortified Old Town.
We went there in Nov., when the Yee Peng festival began with a city-wide display of lanterns and candles to mark the beginning of the festivities at the Three Kings Monument.

Wow.. After a long day of sight seeing, this is something nice to cap our night. It was such an awesome cultural show which is vibrant, colorful and full of dancing and singing. I was really entertained despite being knackered from walking all day. It woke me up and gave me energy. I super loved the different performances and their cultural wears were really gorgeous. This is a must see when you go to Jiuzhaigou, a little something to know more about their local culture. The length of the show isn't too long as well so no need to worry of sitting down for too long in the cold. Yes, there ia no heating inside if you are going in winter so better wrap up still.

Truly mesmerizing experience
Just beautiful. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha is within the gates of the Grand Palace. Upon entering the palace, we were immediately struck by the golden sheer size stupa and awe-inspiring architect symbolizing elegance, tranquility and serenity. Simply captivating, with intricate murals, beautifully manicured gardens and the peaceful ambiance made it a truly memorable and spiritual journey. Exploring the grounds, we discovered various ornate buildings and shrines, each with its own unique charm and significance.
Highly recommend visiting early morning to beat the crowd. To make the most of the visit, recommend getting guided tours or informative plaques provide valuable insights into the statue's origins and the beliefs associated with it. Visitors are required to dress modestly and remove their shoes before entering the temple.
Also recommend visiting Wat Poh, Museum Siam, grab a bite a Rong Ros (michelin star), stroll Tah Maharaj for more restaurants and cafe, cross the river to Wat Arun, enjoy a drink and sunset view at Eagle Nest rooftop bar - a wonderful day out!

Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen Temple
Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen is one of my favourite temples in Bangkok. The entire compound is stunning, with a rich cultural heritage, remarkable architecture and tranquil atmosphere.
One of the highlights is the breathtaking pagoda which is the most stunning spot that I have experienced in Thailand. The ceiling and the pagoda will mesmerise you. Both are incredibly beautiful!
Also, the big Buddha at Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen is incredible, it is one of the largest that I have seen so far.
If you are exploring Bangkok, Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen is a must-visit, it won’t disappoint you! Definitely it will give you a great escape from the bustling city.

Stunning Detian Falls and Mountain Stroll
Located in Shuolong Town，Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Detian Waterfall originates from the Guichun River which passes Vietnam and winds back Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. When the Guichun River arriving at the bluff in Detian Village, Daxin County, then the Detian Waterfall formed. Up on the about 200-meter wide bluff, the waterfall pours down with the drop of 70 meters.
I travelled from Mingshi, the road was terrible, not even a road. The falls were stunning from every angle. The higher you go on the mountain walk the more amazing the view becomes. There is some delicious Vietnamese noodles and coffee available after the falls. There is also a fun escalator and a slide to get to the exit. When you get near the falls on the boat trip, the spray causes a rainbow to form, very beautiful.

BIGGEST historical theme park in Korea!

Baekje Cultural Land is a Korean historical theme park in Buyeo, South Korea, where you can learn about the history and culture of Baekje Kingdom. Baekjae doesn’t have anything left, so this is the only preservation of its history and culture. It is the biggest historical theme park in Korea.
This theme park is quite big. It will take you about 3 hours to explore everything at a moderate pace. There are lots to see, including traditional houses and buildings, trees and plants and cultural events, like taekwondo performances. The scenery is very nice, which is why many Korean dramas are filmed here. So be sure to take some photos! The admission ticket is quite cheap, less than 5 USD. It closes on Mondays and is usually open until 5pm.

BIGGEST Prayer Wheel!
Samten Hills is a cultural and spiritual tourist destination in Lam Dong province, about an hour away from Dalat by motorbike. It is a place where many Vietnamese buddhists go for pilgrimage.
It is a beautiful destination, located on top of a hill. It is most known for the Great Prayer Wheel. It was inaugurated just this past March of 2023. It was also certified by the Guinness World Records as the world’s largest prayer wheel. It is a serene place with a beautiful view of the land below. There is also vegetarian restaurant and a cafe where you can sit down after walking around and enjoy a cup of coffee.
Entrance fee is 250k vnd per adult, so it’s not cheap. It does include a bottle of juice and water. When you get there, you buy the ticket and then must wait for a shuttle to drive you up the hill to the Prayer Wheel. You can walk around the premises, but to get to the cafe or the main entrance, you must wait and take the shuttle.
Tip: It’s on the very top of a hill with little shade, so better to go either early or late afternoon.

Sevan Monastery, for local people also known as Sevanavank is located on a peninsula of Sevan lake! 🌊The construction of the monastery was completed at the 9th century, consisting of two churches very similar to each other. ⛪️ The lake and the monastery are located on 2 hours-drive away distance from the capital city of Armenia, Yerevan! There are always many tourists taking pictures and admiring the panoramic view from the highest point of the peninsula to the huge lake Sevan and surrounding mountains ⛰ This place is really worth to visit! MUST SEE PALACE!
I recently visited the Summer Palace in Beijing, and it was an amazing experience! The palace is situated on the outskirts of the city and offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
The gardens are simply breathtaking, with carefully manicured trees and flowers, winding paths, and serene lakes. The palace itself is also a marvel to behold, with its intricate architecture and ornate decorations.
I particularly enjoyed visiting the Hall of Benevolence and Longevity, where the emperor would meet with his ministers and conduct state affairs. It was fascinating to imagine what life was like during the Qing dynasty and to get a glimpse into the workings of the imperial court.
Overall, the Summer Palace is a must-see attraction in Beijing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Enjoying sunny days around Dongqian Lake in Ningbo which is 20-25 mins didi ride from downtown and is a place worth visiting.
Dongqian Lake has many area around to explore and a hikers heaven as the lake is surrounded by mountains which are good for hiking and exploring and the views are absolutely stunning 🤩🤩
There are plenty of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, opportunities to hire bikes and ride alongside the lake and embrace the culture and ofcourse the amazing relaxing views of the lake.. You can also take a boat ride with your friends of partner and enjoy boating around the lake which is normally 60¥ for an hour 🤩🤩
Its worth spending your whole day there enjoying culture, having a panic or even a BBQ with friends and family 🤩

Wat Suthat: Quiet & Peaceful Gem in Bangkok ✨
#bangkok Wat Suthat is one of the oldest temples in Bangkok. It is among one of the high grade first class royal temples in Thailand. The main prayer hall displays the incarnations of Buddha. The Bronze Buddha sculpture in the hall dates back to the 13th century. I went in the afternoon and spent some hours there. Wat Suthat isn’t one of the popular tourist temples in the city. There was barely 8 visitors around. The atmosphere was very quiet & peaceful 🕊️ Pray in the prayer hall & meditate in the premises of the temple.

👚 - Dress respectfully with shoulders & knees covered.

If you want to learn more about the history of the transatlantic slave trade then I highly recommend you visit the castle.
Your admissions ticket includes a tour with a guide. The tour last about 45 minutes.
During your tour you will learn about the terrors that took place in the castle’s dungeons. This is where slaves were forced to stay while waiting to be shipped out.
May we learn from history so that it will never repeat itself.
Cost- 50 cedis(~ $5) for foreigners and 10 cedis for locals.

New Year in Hoi An
✨This was by far the most unforgettable trip I’ve ever had in Vietnam. I went to different cities and different travel destinations in the country but this is where I have immersed myself into the Vietnamese culture from food to the way of life and even the interaction with locals.
🐾The town center seems really commercialized as it is beaming with shops and cafes but the buildings were preserved, still giving the ‘old town’ aura.
