Wands at the Ready: My Wizardly Adventure
Alright, grab your broomsticks and hold onto your sorting hats because I'm about to spill the beans on my absolutely magical time at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London! From the moment I stepped through those enchanted doors, I knew I was in for something special.
Picture this: you're strolling down Diagon Alley, passing by Flourish and Blotts, eyeing the latest broomsticks at Quality Quidditch Supplies, and maybe even popping into Gringotts for some wizarding currency. It's like stepping into the pages of the books themselves!
And don't even get me started on the Great Hall. Walking through those towering doors felt like a dream come true. I half expected to see Dumbledore himself presiding over dinner! The attention to detail is absolutely mind-blowing, from the floating candles to the house banners hanging proudly above.
But the real pièce de résistance? Boarding the Hogwarts Express, of course! I practically skipped down the platform, giddy with excitement as I found my seat. There's something truly magical about watching the English countryside whiz by outside those iconic windows.
Honestly, I could go on and on about every little detail – from Hagrid's Hut to the Forbidden Forest – but I'll spare you the gushing. Just know that if you're a Harry Potter fan, this tour is an absolute MUST. Trust me, you'll be talking about it for years to come!

Step inside the Harry Potter set in London!!
Exploring Harry Potter Studios in London was enchanting! From strolling to Diagon Alley to sipping butterbeer, every moment was unforgettable especially for a potterhead like me. Also, the attention to detail in the sets and props transported me into the wizarding world. I really loved seeing all their costumes! I was able to take photos of myself thanks to the kindness of strangers. I travelled to Leavesden alone at the time and I hope I can go back with my family and friends so I can take better pictures! 🤭 #harrypotter #unitedkingdom #London

Feel like Alice in Wonderland 🌸🇬🇧👗
When most people think about cherry blossoms, Japan or Korea come to mind. However England spring time is just as magical! 🌸🌷🇬🇧
Just an hour drive or train from central London, Savil gardens in Virginia waters makes you feel as though you are Alice in Wonderland! 🐇♥️
Park in the car park or arrive from Virgina water train station 🚉, Savil gardens is easily accessible with toilets and picnic tables. It is a huge park, close to Windsor great park (home to the royal Windsor castle 🏰 and Eton college) so it can be made into a full day out easily.
Throughout the gardens you can find lovely views and little paths covered in fallen petals, so white it looks like snow! It’s never been busy so there are lots of perfect photo opportunities where you don’t feel pressured to move. All outdoors so you don’t need to wear a mask.
I love the feeling of magic and seclusion here, it’s one of my favourite places to visit in the spring time (and you don’t have to pay to enter!) You can enter from the main carpark or I like to walk in past the Bailiwick pub and head straight to the lake, past the polo fields on the right hand side. Part of the fun is exploring it for yourself!
Tips from a local:
🌸Bring a picnic 🧺
🌸Visit Windsor or Ascot at the same time 🏇
🌸Come in spring for the blossoms
🌸Enjoy English food at the Bailiwick pub or eat at the Savil gardens restaurant 🍴
🌸Although there are proper paths, wear comfortable shoes so you can explore more! 👟
🌸Unlike many other attractions you don’t have to arrive super early to avoid crowds
🌸Open from 9am to 6pm every day

London's Timeless Marvel
#londontrip #towerbridge #London "Exploring the Iconic Tower Bridge"
Welcome to London's most iconic landmark: Tower Bridge. As a travel blogger, I'm excited to take you on a journey through this architectural marvel and share why it's a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the vibrant streets of London.
Tower Bridge isn't just any bridge – it's a symbol of the city's rich history and ingenuity. With its majestic Victorian Gothic design and distinctive twin towers, Tower Bridge stands as a testament to London's engineering prowess and timeless elegance.
One of the most fascinating aspects of Tower Bridge is its movable bascule design. This unique feature allows the central span of the bridge to be raised to accommodate passing ships on the River Thames below. It's a sight to behold, watching the massive steel structure gracefully lift to make way for maritime traffic.
For those eager to delve deeper into the bridge's history and inner workings, the Tower Bridge Exhibition offers a captivating journey through time. Visitors can explore the engine rooms, where the original steam engines that once powered the bridge's raising mechanism are still on display. It's a fascinating glimpse into the engineering marvels of the past.
Of course, no visit to Tower Bridge would be complete without ascending to the high-level walkways and taking in the breathtaking views of the London skyline. From this vantage point, you can see iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London, The Shard, and St. Paul's Cathedral, all while soaking in the beauty of the River Thames below.
But Tower Bridge isn't just a bridge – it's a cultural icon that has captured the imaginations of people around the world. It has appeared in countless films, television shows, and works of literature, cementing its status as one of London's most beloved landmarks.
Whether you're a history buff, an architecture enthusiast, or simply a curious traveler looking to experience the best of London, Tower Bridge is sure to leave you awe-struck and inspired. So be sure to add it to your itinerary and discover the magic of this iconic symbol of London's enduring charm.
🇬🇧|Must try tasty Indian food in Mayfair
Manthan
⭐️ Overall rating: 5/5
🍽 Recommendation: lunch menu (seafood)
💁 Service: Good
💰 £20 per person
📍 Location: 49 Maddox St, London W1S 2PQ
The restaurant provided the lunch set of about £20 for chicken, seafood and vegetables. The bottomless drink is about £10 which is very reasonable price and you can have more drinks with your friends.
I chose the seafood lunch set and they provided fish with 2 different flavors. The side dishes are good pairing with Indian pancake and rice. At the end, the chocolate with fruits is awesome.
For the mock-tail, iced tea is very fresh and tasty.
The restaurant is also a good idea for company lunch or dinner as the interior design is very shiny.

Londom - Baloon Museum
This is a very unique exhibition that does capture the essence of emotions with the medium of inflation as it states in the description. I found the diversity of art really refreshing, stops it getting generic while keeping to the theme.
I'm a fanatic for contemporary things, and this made my weekend in London one for the books! 🙂
I definitely recommend getting a ticket in advance as the queue was huge!

🪴 Kew at Winter 🪴
It is mid-January and there is still lots to see and do in this Royal Botanic Garden. One of the upsides of visiting in the winter is that there are no crowds and you get to appreciate a different aspect of the invigorating landscape.
The temperate and tropical glasshouses are excellent places to linger when the bracing January breeze gets a little chilly. Our weather only regret is not being able to do the treetop walkway die to high winds.
Don’t miss out on visiting this oasis just because it is winter time. Wrap up warmly and take advantage of the lack of crowds. #London #Royalgarden #Winter

Most colourful neighbourhood in London! 🇬🇧
Wondering where in London can you find these cute streets with colourful houses you have been seeing all over the internet? While some of them are very popular and always packed with crowds, there are also some lesser known! One of them is Hillgate Village, a charming residential area situated within Notting Hill in West London. It's a small and exclusive neighborhood characterized by its elegant Victorian and Edwardian houses, tree-lined streets, and a serene atmosphere. This picturesque part of Notting Hill is known for its quiet and secluded feel, offering a more tranquil setting compared to the lively streets of Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate nearby. Hillgate Village is prized for its beautiful architecture, featuring well-preserved period homes adorned with colorful doors, intricate facades, and well-manicured gardens, adding to its visual appeal. Many of these houses retain their original architectural charm, contributing to the area's quaint and refined ambiance. The area is also easily accessible with Notting Hill Gate underground station located only a couple min walk away. :) #falltrip #localguides #London #mytravelhacks #NottingHill

My fave seafood restaurant in London 💫
If you're looking for a seafood meal that will stimulate your taste buds I might know just the right place for you! Scott's Restaurant in London is an elegant venue, perfectly situated on Mayfair’s Mount Street, London's one of the most posh neighbourhoods. Scott’s menu reflects its glittering heritage, serving the finest traditional British fish and shellfish dishes alongside a variety of seasonal favourites, in a decadent atmosphere of urbane sophistication. The unofficial dress code at Scott's Mayfair is smart casual.
The head chef at Scott's Mayfair is well known David McCarty. He creates seasonal menus using the best seafood sourced from the UK and further afield.
Additionally, as you might already know, Christmas decorations in certain areas of London are always mind blowing! Mayfair is definitely one of them and places like Scott's each year surprise it's guests and passersby with outstanding decorations! Here is what the restaurant looked like a couple of years ago. Any ideas what decor they might come up with this year? I personally can't wait to see! 😍 #London #MayfairLondon #falltrip #localguides

Chic coffee stop in Notting Hill ☕️
Wandering around Notting Hill on a sunny day and looking for a cute stop for a hot cup of tea or coffee? I know a place which might be just perfect for you! If same like myself, you enjoy chic cafes, hotels and restaurants, you can not miss this one.
