INDICA/JAFA Brewery
Another delight in INDICA is that it serves extremely fresh draft beer brewed from JAFA Brewery, which is located literally right next to the restaurant.
It has 6 different draft beers in the menu. We tried Masala Saison and Helles Lager. The characteristics of the brewery is that its beers have the interesting aroma of spices from India.
The aroma might be a bit strong, but they go perfectly well with the dishes from INDICA. It definitely enhances the experience at the restaurant. We later found out that Masala Saison won the Gold Award at the Asia Beer Championship!
Its Naan had a little weak taste to a degree that does not interrupt the taste of dishes. It was a bit thicker than that from other Indian restaurant, which made its inner part soft and chewy.
The ade was intriguing as well, as the citrous yuja and spicy cinnamon blend with each other.
The owner was very cordial. He did not hesitate explaining everything in the menu even when the restaurant was busy. We were very pleased.
If you want to experience the genuine Indian vibe in Seoul, we strongly recommend you to visit this place.

We have been here many times, I can't count anymore. It is always our go to resturant if we want to treat ourselves with something nice to eat . It is a little bit pricey but the price comes with quality and you will surely enjoy it. Aside from the food, the staff is amazing, very accommodating and they all speak English, no problem with communication at all. They have now 4 locations in Chengdu that you can visit. Best Dining Experience Ever
When me and my friends first get into Roadhouse, you will see a bar area near the entrance and a dining area with a small stage that has lots of amazing performances. The staff are so friendly and welcoming to every guest, and they always recommend some popular menu items to us. Some food items were so spicy that my friend couldn’t handle them, so we made a special request for the chef to not make them spicy, and we were very happy that they accepted our request and made it. It doesn’t take long before the food arrives, and the taste of the food was delicious, and the cocktails were delicious too. The service was very good, and we all enjoyed the music. Cinnamon Red Colombo 🇱🇰 Infinity pool & rooftop bar
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cinnamon Red Colombo. This 26-floor stylish hotel is close to most attractions in downtown Colombo. Our room was on the 24th floor and the views of the city through the glass-sided wall were superb! Needless to say that the views from the infinity pool on the top floor and the rooftop bar were even more spectacular. We visited the rooftop bar twice throughout our stay. There was a live performance on Friday night. The food and drinks were reasonably priced.
Our room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. It's worth mentioning that there's an ice cube dispenser on every floor of the hotel which made making our own cold drinks much more convenient. The hotel was also accommodative in early check in and late check out subject to room availability.

Trigona Bar is one of the Asia’s Top 50 best bars in 2023 and you will know why when you first enter the bar. the bar setting, design and lightings are very inviting and comfortable. the service is good and the drinks are amazing.
the highlights cocktails include the Negroni with home made honey comb. the honey comb adds a different flavor to the drink and this special drink is not even on the menu! the price is on the high side though. An average cocktails cost about RM 60-70 per glass. the view is amazing though!

Dark side is located inside Rosewood Hong Kong and is one of the Top 50 best bars of 2023 in Asia. When you enter the bar, you will immediately transform into a very lively environment and experience with the band singing and also the bartender in action.
The outdoor terrace is overlooking the river and the Hong Kong high buildings and lights and has a beautiful view. The cocktails menu is very special, it comes in a mahjong box with 8 different drinks to choose from based on the four seasons. Each season has two options to choose from. The cocktails are amazing. It is a bit on the pricey side though with each cocktails cost about HKD 170 before service.

Cool Fusion Bar 🍺🍷🍸🍹 Disguised as a TCM shop
We were excited to check out a newly opened fusion bar located in Suntec City called Synthesis 食拿酒稳. The Chinese name of the bar is creatively modified from the Chinese idiom "十拿九稳". The shop front of the bar looks just like a traditional Chinese medicine shop, equipped with Chinese herbs cabinet drawers, you wouldn't have guessed there's actually a bar hidden inside!
The bar serves a wide selection of local inspired and TCM inspired cocktails which you can't find elsewhere, on top of the typical alcohols that most bars serve. Each type of cocktail is served in a different type of glass specifically made for the drink.
The bar serves dinner from 4 pm to 9.30 pm. We ordered Sakura Chicken Herbal Pao Fan (poached rice) which comes with herbal pork collagen broth. The broth was a bit too salty to our liking. We also ordered smoked seaweed fries which was crispy and nice.

Snazzy sports bar in hotel
The house cocktail bar located within this PARKROYAL Hotel is called Club 5, and they often screen sports matches on its premises. When we visited, it was the World Cup season where they decorated the place with the flags of multiple countries!
It is a really cosy place to spend the evening with the mood lighting and plush sofa seats. They also have a wide range of drinks and some bar snacks on the menu. It can get quite lively but that’s a great atmosphere to watch live soccer matches in!

Rating - This hidden gem at the start of Sembawang Road is a great discovery! From the exterior, it could seem a bit iffy, but for the adventurous willing to give this establishment a shot, it will be a pleasantly surprising experience. We had the Angus Beef Don, with perfectly seared meat and wobbly onsen egg, and the Prawn Bisque Pasta, accompanied by a decadent sauce that will have you hooked from the very first taste! And at $10 a pop, everyone should also just have a cocktail, simply because it will not burn a hole in your pocket.
