Caught by these beautiful cakes and pastries
At the Basement of AIRSIDE, the huge mall in Kowloon, directly connected to Kaitak MTR station, definitely was attracted by rays of all these unbelievable amazingly colourful man made cakes and pastries.
They are not only good to look at, it tastes good too. As they are mainly popular and renown shops. It’s quite a strong competition and hard to choose one but several instead. One might find a seat in one of these shops with a good cup of coffee to go with.
Bon appétit 😋

Jiu Fen Full, a little taste of Taiwan restaurant at their branch of Amoy Garden, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, particularly draw my attention to enter and take a look at their superb Chinese scene with red background decoration and bright lanterns.
Must say very exciting to see every inches of it! The most famous for Taiwanese cuisine is the braised pork with rice but I don’t like the fattening pork. So I chose to try the noodle soup which haven’t had before, HK$50, with their special drink, HK$25.
The food arrived in a short time and the taste was outstanding good. They have branches at Tuenmun, Kowloon and Hong Kong but not known if any of them will be as dazzling as this one.

Have you heard about this “Doughman” bakery and coffee in Cheungshawan just off Laichikok MTR station. Whenever passing by, there was a long queue from inside the shop to the roadside.

By looking at it, already mouth watering with its fluffy, colours and glazing!
The chef was previously 5 star hotel pastry chef and here he has established his own place for playing with dough and it’s testament.
Croissants HK$18, Danish pastry HK$26-28. Let’s go big with 3 Danish pastries.
