“From the moment the tour began, Luna was friendly, professional, and very well-organized. She explained each destination clearly, helped the group avoid long queues where possible, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and on schedule. At Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Luna shared interesting local stories and pointed out the best photo spots, which really helped us appreciate the scenery more. She was also very attentive during the visit to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and the glass bridge, making sure everyone felt safe and confident. At Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, Luna managed the group smoothly through the busy cable car queues and gave helpful tips for enjoying the skywalk and Heaven’s Gate area. “To be honest, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the tour at first due to the language barrier. It was probably my mistake for booking a Chinese-speaking tour instead of an English one, which made it hard to follow the guide’s explanations. However, my tour leader, Li Xin, was incredibly professional. He handled the situation brilliantly by using a translation technology on his phone to communicate, making everything easy to understand.
