“We booked private tours with Leo’s Tours for one day in Chengdu and two days in Beijing, and it was one of the best tour experiences we have had. In Chengdu, Lee and our driver were fantastic. Lee guided us through the Panda Base, People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. Her knowledge of local culture and history added so much to the experience. In Beijing, Yoshi and driver Li were exceptional. Yoshi’s knowledge of Chinese history was incredible and he shared stories that brought the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace to life. He also had a great sense of humour—ask him about the elephant in the fridge! Li went above and beyond, providing water, opening doors and even supplying rain jackets when the weather turned bad. What set Leo’s Tours apart was the communication. We received daily updates about the itinerary, weather and travel tips, making everything effortless. “Our family had an amazing time at Xi’An. Our guide, Lei, spoke both English and Mandarin which was great for us because some of us didn’t speak Mandarin and some didn’t speak English. Lei did a fantastic job of touring us around Xi’An, providing us detail explanations of the history of Xi’An in both English and Mandarin - double the amount of explaining so we really appreciate his effort and hard work in making sure everyone understood the history. He didn’t rush us at all and the tour felt very comfortable without any pressure. Our driver, Mr Li was very nice and helped us with our luggage. The itinerary was well paced, not rushed, just the right pace and we were so impressed with the history of Xi’An. Very satisfied with our tour and would highly recommend to others! We also requested for a specific hotel on their list and they were able to help us with our request. The team worked really well in providing us information and communication was really good and professional.”

“We are very lucky to have Joyce as our guide. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and very caring. Although we had a few days of nasty heavy rain, Joyce is always optimistic and greets us with a happy smile, she will adjust the itinerary so we won’t miss anything. She always has a lot to tell you about the scenery or the history and you will never feel bored. She also took a lot of pictures for us and made them into a short video and sent it to us every night which is really heartwarming . We are very happy with our trip and would recommend it to our friends in the future.”
